The property is made up of one half of a villa in a quiet residential area, and can accommodate 6 persons in three bedrooms. On the ground floor are the lounge with television, open kitchen with gas cooker, fridge and a small washroom with washing machine and lavatory. The lounge has a door to the terrace and its own garden.
On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds) and bathroom with shower and toilet. Two of the bedrooms have doors to their own balconies. The 1st floor is air conditioned.
The standard is comfortable and attractive, with light tiled floors, light painted walls and cupboards. The villa is a short walk to the north west of the town centre, only 5 minutes by bike (2 bikes included), and well serviced beaches and hotel beach clubs are also within a 2-3 minutes' walk. Die Wohnung ist die Hälfte einer Villa in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet und ist für 6 Personen ausgestattet. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich das Wohnzimmer mit Fernsehen, offene Küche mit Gasherd und Kühlschrank mit einem kleinen Gefrierfach, und ein kleiner Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und WC. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine Tür zur Terrasse und zum Garten. Im 1. Stock sind drei Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Betten, Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Zwei von den Schlafzimmern haben Türen zum eingenen Balkon. Im 1. Stock ist auch eine Klimaanlage. Die Einrichtung ist hell und freundlich mit hellen Fussbodenfliesen und hellgestrichenen Wänden und Schränken. Die Villa ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Stadt entfernt, etwa 5 Minuten mit Fahrrad (2 Fahrräder sind vorhanden). Bediente Strände und Hotel Clubs sind auch innerhalb von 2-3 Minuten zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Es gibt ein viertelstündlicher Minibusdienst (Dolmus) and der naheliegenden Hauptstrasse. Boligen er halvparten av en villa i et rolig område og er utstyrt for 6 personer. I første etasje er det stue med TV, kjøkken med åpen løsning, gasskomfyr og kjøleskap med en liten fryserdel. Det er også et lite vaskerom med vaskemaskin og WC. Fra stuen er det utgang til terrasse og tilhørende hage. I 2. etasje er det 3 soverom (to med dobbeltsenger og ett med to enkle senger), bad med dusj og wc. To av soverommene har utgang til egen balkong. Standarden er meget bra med pene, lyse fliser på alle gulv og lysmalte vegger og skap. Aircondition i 2. etasje. Boligen ligger i utkanten av Foca; 10 – 15 min. gange el. 5 min med sykkel (2 sykler følger med) nordvest for Foca sentrum, nær sjøen, offentlig badestrand og "beach clubs"; 2 -3 min. til fots.
