Dosn't your damping feel as good as you think it was when the bike was new, or do you just think that the bike is getting old and has a outdated damping. A good tip is to check/change your fork oil. This should be done at least every year, but it doesnt hurt doing it more often either, Especially on modern sportsbikes. Its just oil, and like the engine oil it wears out, and like the engine oil, the fork oil is there to protect the moving parts in your fork form damage. This is best done with fresh oil, and the fresh oil also gives you the most precise damping.

The symptoms of a  fork out of sync:

bouncy front end = wrong grade oil, or old oil, might be wrong oil-level too.

Rock hard front end = too much oil in the forks, or wrong grade oil.

So, how to fix it:
Drain the oil. If your lucky, your bike has a drain screw at the bottom of the fork, if not, remove the fork, and put it upsidedown for 15minutes.
replace te drain screw, and refill the exact amount of new, fresh oil. The data you need should be in the manual. If not ask your dealer.
Reinstall fork-tops.
