1. Download apache-tomcat-6.0.16.exe from one of the mirrors, e.g. http://tomcat.apache.org/download-60.cgi
2. Double-click the exe file
3. Click Next
4. Click I Agree
5. As Install Type, select Full
6. Click Next
7. Change Destination Folder to C:\prog\Tomcat6016\
8. Click Next
9. Configuration
   • As HTTP/1.1 Connector Port, enter 8080 (already entered)
   • As User Name, enter admin (already entered)
   • Enter a password (e.g. welcome1 for the admin user
   • Click Next
10. Accept the suggested path to your J2SE 5.0 JRE (e.g. C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_08)
11. Click Install
12. Click Finish
13. Set the Startup Type for service "Apache Tomcat" to Manual
