1. Ensure that the appropriate Application Server Control service (e.g.
   Oracleora101202infraASControl for Infrastructure or
   Oracleora101202mtASControl for Middle-Tier) is running

2. Go to the URL for your Application Server Control (e.g.
   http://donald.disney.com:18100 for Infrastructure or
   http://donald.disney.com:18101 for Middle-Tier) using your web browser

3. Enter ias_admin as username and the superuser password, e.g. welcome1

4. Click on the Infrastructure instance (e.g.
   ora101202infra.donald.disney.com) or the Middle-Tier instance (e.g.
   ora101202mt.donald.disney.com)
