1. If you are in Enterprise Security Manager, then follow these steps:
    1. Select Operations from the menu
    2. Select Launch ESM Console
    3. Log in as orcladmin
    4. Click the User and Groups tab

    - otherwise, follow these steps:

    1. Start a browser and go to http://donald.disney.com:7777/oiddas
    2. Log in as orcladmin
    3. Click the Directory tab

  2. Click Create

  3. Enter User ID, (e.g. dbcreator), Email Address (e.g. joker@gotham.com), and Password (e.g. welcome1) and confirm the password

  4. Click Submit
