1. Log in to Portal as portal
2. Go to Navigator > Page Groups
3. Click "Create New Page Group"
4. Enter Name (use only a-z and 0-9, no spaces) and Display Name (can contain special characters and spaces)
5. Click Create
6. Click Page Group Properties
7. Select the Configure tab
8. In the Page Types and Template section, click Edit
9. Check the Enable Pages To Use UI Templates field
10. Click OK
11. Click Close
