- Log in to Portal
as portal
- Go to Navigator > Page Groups > your_page_group > Pages
- Click "Create New Page"
- Enter
Name (use only a-z and 0-9, no spaces) and
Display Name (can contain special characters and spaces)
- Click Next
- Select the appropriate Page Template from the dropdown list
- Click Next
- Click Next
- If the Page is not going to have any restricted contents,
then check the Display Page To Public Users field
- Click Finish
