1. Double-click on the project name (e.g. mfca) and select Libraries in the left pane

2. Click the New... button below the Classpath

3. Create Library:
   • As Library Name, enter OAI
   • As Location, select "System Libraries"
   • Click the Edit... button to the right of the Class Path field
   • Click the Add Entry button
   • Browse to d:\ora1012mt\integration\interconnect\lib and select oai.jar
   • Click Select, then OK, then OK, and then OK again
