1. Start Oracle Workflow Builder (found under Start > Programs > Oracle Application Server - ora101202mt > Application Development)

2. Open a .wft file, e.g. c:\mfwf.wft

3. Expand the main node, e.g. mfwf

4. Expand the main Process Bundle, e.g. OAI Process Bundle : MFWF

5. Right-click Attributes and select New Attribute
   • As Internal Name, enter the internal name of the attribute, e.g. A_LAST_NAME
   • As Display Name, enter the "normal" name of the attribute, e.g. Last Name
   • As Type, select Text (already selected)

6. Click OK
