Legvold supervises the instruction of students in Norway, and regularly holds seminars for students in Trondheim and Haugesund. He is also responsible for the regular instruction at the Stavanger club.

Sifu Barac's student in Norway is Thor Legvold. Legvold started his martial arts training with Tae Kwon Do in 1981, studied White Lotus Kung Fu under Sifu Douglas Wong in Los Angeles in the mid-eighties and then continued his training at the end of the decade with Aiki JuJitsu outside of Oslo. Legvold became a student of Sifu Barac in Zagreb in 1996 and continues his training under Barac today. Legvold studies Wing Chun Kuen, Taiji Quan and Yi Quan under Barac, and teaches the same in Norway, primarily along the west coast.
