   CANNONBALL    Samuel Guthrie. A human "cannonball" using his blasting power to fly and hit. The most recent addition to the mutant immortal "Externals".

   ...    Cecilia Reyes. Manifesting an "impenetrable" forcefield, when hit by kinetic energy. A reluctant X - Men member.

   M    Monet St. Croix. With formidable mental powers aided by invulnerability and strength, she's a host of mutants rolled into one. She's convinced the world exists for her benefit. One of the Generation X mutants.

   MAGIK    Illyana Rasputin. A mutant sorceress able to teleport through time and space. Is closely tied to Limbo, a trans-dimensional realm touching all time, all space. One of the "New Mutants".

   MAGNETO    Eric Magnus Lensherr. Control all forms of Magnetism. Survivor of the World War (II) Holocaust. Has been rejuvenated and is now biologically in his thirties.

   MAGGOTT    (birth name unknown) Control two gigantic "slugs". Possibly his mutant power. A mutant only recently emerged on the scene.

   MARROW    Sarah. Has uncontrollable bone growth all over the body. Uses it as a weapon. Second generation morlock, raised in a survival of the fittest world ruled by Michael Rasputin.

   MOONSTAR    Danielle Moonstar. Has a versity of largely unmeasured mental powers. Of Cheyenne native american heritage. One of the "New Mutants".

   MISTER SINISTER    Nathaniel Essex. Has an immortal, versatile body due to Apocalypse's machinations and also strong mental powers. Forged in hatred he's the ultimate scientist, unwilling to let anything come in his way to gain knowledge of human mutations.

   MYSTIQUE    Raven Darkholme. Able to change her appearance at will. Led the second "Brotherhood of Mutants". Have a lot of secret identities and is occasionally posing as a host of government officials.

   PHOENIX    Jean Grey. Can read and control thoughts and is able to move objects by force of her mind and will. Has virtually unlimited potential, a potential that has manifested at least once earlier in her life. One of the original five members.

   REIGNFIRE    Roberto DeCosta. Formerly known as Sunspot. Immense energy powers, which he can project as dangerous rays and that makes him able to to fly. Striving unsuccessfully to escape the shadow of an oppressive (deceased) father. One of the "New Mutants".

   ROGUE    (birth name unknown) Absorbs psyche and powers temporarily by skin contact. Raised by the mutant terrorist Mystique. Joined the X - Men in a desperate bid to control her powers. That control is yet to be achieved.

   ...    Sebastian Shaw. Getting strong(er) when when hit by kinetic energy. A successful business and firmly established in the "human" world. Black King of the Inner Circle of The Hellfire Club, a centuries old organization with an ongoing desire to control human destiny.

   STORM    Ororo Munroe. A weather manipulator descending from a long line of sorcerers. Having been hailed as a goddess in her native Kenya, she joined the X - Men after having been told that she was a mutant.

   TATTLETALE/ULTIMAN    Franklin Richards. Reality controlling powers. Can ultimately do anything he puts his mind to, consciously and subconsciously.
