Originally
from the "wee bonny" village of Wishaw in Scotland, Steve first
acquired his thirst for music singing in his local church choir and playing
in the school penny whistle band. All that was to change the night Bob Dylan
came to town!
While most kids of his age were listening to the bubble gum pop of the early
seventies, "wee Stevie's" musical tonic consisted of a mixture

started gigging around local clubs inhis teens while trying to hold down
his day job as a Telecommunications Installation Engineer. Befo re too long
it was 5-6 nights a week playing in various venues around the Nottingham
area, which was Steve's domicile at the time. So armed with his trusted
guitar and a powerful thirst, he packed up shop and went on the road. That
was 17 years ago, and the music still keeps rolling on .......... |
