Florida Prison to wait for execution, scheduled 31th March - 1998.of Florida has signed his death warrant to be executed in the same chair as was used when
Pedro Medina was executed in 1997, when flames errupted from the chair.still finds this chair a human execution method.
What we in Scandinavia finds inhuman, Florida continues.
Daniel Remeta here writes a personal message via one of his friends and want this to be told to the people in Europe:
POLITICAL QUICKSAND
Possibly it is venturesome on my part to express myself so directly. Yet it has become a fact, capital punishment has become a great movement in America.
Not only are laws suddenly changing, executions (murders) are becoming too popular, too accepted.
A movement must happen immediately to prevent these political pigs from comtinuing such wicked acts.
It is time to expose the prosecutors, the true motives behind capital punishment, and who actually benefots from it.
Prosecutors whom deceitfully title themselves "heroes tough on crime", while they conceal their own history !
They free murderers, rapists, molesters, theives, individuals whom they know beyond doubt are guilty of such crimes, but release them in exchange for testimony (true or false) as long as it will assist that prosecutor in a conviction. Yet these prosecutors convince victims and the public that capital punishment is justice. Their own acts contradict that phrase !
Laws can be passsed, demanded, equal to sucj laws as drunk drivers, molesters, in and through the media.
Exposing prosecuting attorney`s criminal files can also be done, so, so you know and are completely aware of the two-faced individual who hides behind concictions which they boast of. Let them boast of the guilty murderers, racists, molesters and thieves they released or plea bargained with for such convictions, forgave the whole criminal act. It is a mockery to the so-called justice they supposedly represent, supposedly for the public.
It contradicts their deceitful statement " Capital punishment is appropiate and will reduce and stop murders ". They want you to feel so victimized, so helpless that you become as ugly as their acts, so you become revengeful. So revengeful you want to execute ( murder) me and others. Yet should you you want or feel no revenge toward them??
Prosecutors who free, forgive, excust guilty individuals` acts in exchange for their testimony??
They release murderers, rapist, thieves, molestres, is this such a great crime fighting hero?
I am not a journalist or anything, but I am a death row prisoner. Innocent or guilty you have no true idea. Presently. It is unimportant.
My interest is sharing writings and truth with you, existence on death row. I very much believe you will be affected by these writing whetehr you support or oppose capital punishment. I believe if you know the complete truth you will find a different opinion. And if you oppose it, I believe you will be inspired to take more action.
The problem is too many people feel their individual support, voice , will not accomplish anything. That just is not correct.
I certainly have no desire to be a martyr, period. If anything, I am an anarchist. Politicians actually feel they can perform
any act which they desire withour concequences. Usually, this is sadly true. But people, it is time to "witch hunt and persecute them", as they witch hunt and persecute.They must be taught they`re not superior nor free to break the laws or give people their lies, excuses and indignation!
They can not continue to commit criminal acts and be excused. They scream unto the people. Eye for an eye, severe punishment. Yet, research the way they protct their own. Politicians are not truly even punished. They. not I, have placed themselves above the people, people, meaning you, the public.
Exactly whom is the greatest threat to society, one individual executed ( murdered ) or those the prosecutors forgive, release back into society?
Are you so blind with revenge that you no longer have enough human nature to feel compassion to the innocent or victims of the judicial system due to poverty or nationality? Several so called murderers condemned to die have been proven 100& innocent, as many others will be. Capital punishment does not protect or prevent anything. The funds used to perform one execution could be used so productively. Yet, if you prefer to be misled, you are in quick sand, political quicksand.
The only people who seriously benefit from capital punishment is politicians who use it for publicity to their advantage, while they ignore the homeless and hungry.
But why should they care about such problems? There is no success to be achieved. But there is through capital punishment.
It is the greatest political tool in America. Politicians know it, they can with elections with it, conceal problems behind it and manipulate the public, pray upon the victims, the fearful public.
As prosecutors hide behind, so do politicians. Why not expose politicians to exactly what problem they ignore, exactly what they are not doing? Did you elct a poltician to witch hunt capital punishment or to perform another duty?
If politicians were actually "serving" the public`s true interest and safety they would not have the time to witch hunt capital punishent. They use it and criminals as scapegoats.
But you can prevent them from failing the public`s interest. You can demand it. Then if they meet that responsibility, possibly they will not need to use capital punishment as a scapegoat, if they are busy performing their obligations to you, the public.
If they yet have need to conceal their failures by and through witch hunting capital punishment, they are in the wrong capacity.Execute their obligation, then let them strive to execute murderers.
But should people be excecuted in America if they are innocent, victims of the judicial system?
Would you like yourself subjected to it, or a loved one?
If the public wants such a penalty then make it appropriate by whatever means. Justify the political killing maschine
with more fairness. But murdering innocent people is o different than a individual taking a life without cause, revenge?

"Death watch prisoner needs legal assistence, attorney or organization, and/or complaint letters, phone calls directly to the U.S. Supreme Court, and American Civil Liberties Union.
I am being denied sanitary conditions, denied ( HEAT ) and am under constant threaths !!! I can not even privately communicate with my attorneys because guards listen, moniter my calls, which is a violation and denies my confidentiality....
My legal team CCRC is fighting to save my life.... they are too busy litigating my case to file any complaints. etc. which would deprive them from complete dedication to my case.

LETTER from Daniel Remeta jan 98.
When governor Chiles signed my death warrant, it contained nothing about inhuman conditions. It simply schedules me for an execution.
Yet here I am subjected to prison guards with mental problems, others who have open bleeding sores feeding me meals. Another who constantly gags and coughs near the food, nor does he ever wear gloves.
We`ve gotta yell and bang just to receive heat on death watch due to the fact our heat is controlled on another wing.... and due to the fact a prisoner they consider a security threat had a special cell made for him. The air vents are on 24.00-7.00.
Would you want to be subjected to these conditions?
We`re fighting legal battles to save our lives yet such conditions discourage you...... You`re cold, angry,stressed out, feel tortured.......

Letter from Daniel Remeta 7/1-98
Danny had a death warrant signed just prior to Christmas 97 and is scheduled for execution at the end of March 98.
His wife Judy and his sister in law, Carol, as well as Danny himself need all the support they can have from us now.
In the letter to his friend he wrote the following:
I believe the support from the world fell short, heard from nobody, excluding journalists etc. , but I am not doing any interviews yet, if and when I do, they`ll be X.
I`ve a lot to express.
Well, my friend... you take special care, and seriously thanks for everything. You`re a good friend, times like this surfaces only true ones and you surfaced first. I do not forget such things, my friend.
Well........ we ask you all to drop Danny a line. He feels as though he has been deserted by most people out there.
