NO HEATING SYSTEM IN RAIFORD

Here is an except from a letter I received dated Dec.15,1997:
" Yes..it's only your chilly husband : ( These people are crazy with this no-heating system ! I went to see the shrink today, and...as soon as I walked out of the housing wing, onto the quarterdeck, where the guards are, it had to be 10-15 degrees warmer...then, when I got downstairs, to where the Administration officers are, it had to be another 10-15 degrees warmer ! c--------- liars are saying it's 61 degrees up here--( policy says it's not supposed to be lower than 60 degrees)---- and, if it 's 40-45 degrees in actuality, I'd be surprised."....
this really upsets me....Love,linda
PS They are supposed to talk to the psychologist every so often ( whats the sense? no one does anything anyway !!)
