HELP SAVING THE LIFE OF AN INNOCENT MAN ON FLORIDA`S DEATH ROW

First of all I take the liberty to introduce myself. My name is Susanne Glaesser. I am a 33 old Swiss and I am writing to you on behalf
and for account of a man whose voice cannot be heard:

Emanuel Johnson Sr., 338043-P2212-A1,
Union Correctional Institution,
P.O.Box 221,
Raiford FLA 32083,
USA,

a 34-year-old African-American, who in 1991 was convicted of capital crime and since then is living on Florida`s death row, fighting for his life.
After his arrest in 1988, Emanuel who at that time was a strong consumer of narcotics, was wrongfully promised to be set free shortly if only he
would signed up his confession immediately moreover the tape showed that the detective manipulated Johnson by using
the pressure concept to get him to confess. Emanuel volunteered to be submitted to a polygraph test as he was told that the results would
not be used against him in the court which was not the case.

There are various facts to proove Emanuel`s innocence but which in the course of the murder trial for the one or the other reason were not
evidenced to the Court. A key factor to prove Emanuel`s represented the negative DNA test which was made available to the Court 3 months after
the jurors had found the defendant guilty only.

Herunder I mention a few key factors that had lead the jurors to believe in Emanuel`s guilt:

- The chief-judge conspired with prosecutors:
on three occasions he improperly communicated with jurors outside the presence of the defendant and his counsel.
- The court erroneously refused to allow evidence that other persons might have committed the crime.
- The identification testimony was insufficiently reliable and should have been suppressed:
At the hearing that look place 3 years after the murder, the eyewitness testimony admitted that she was not confident of her ability to make an identification.
- Racial discrimination in selecting the jury (all white) played an important role too.

To obtain legal representation thus to give Emanuel a fair chance to prove his innocence,
we need your help. All help is welcome and will represent a step towards Emanuel`s freedom.
