My past is not the most beautiful picture in the world, and I havre grown/matured into
a mid-set, since my arrest, that leaves me ashamed of the wrongs I have done in my life-
time - nothing I have done warrants the injustice utilized by Public-Officials to send me
here.

There are both factual and technical grounds upon which I should have been released
before trials even started - I have DNA results, fingerprints, hairs and fibers that prove
my innocence, but, instead, I have been held under a so-called confession which has
already been ruled by a court acknowledgment expert as a product of "threats" by the
police interrogators.
In spite of all the physical evidence that clearly proves my innocence, I am held to the so-
called confession because, without it, I would have to be released.

I am the third child of a single mother of 7. I was born and raised in Mississippi. At age
16 I left my home and, between 1984 and 1986, brought all my bothers to Florida - to
work with me in the "Handyman Service" I started - so they would have work. I am out
of touch with all but one of them now. The rest of the family abandoned me shortly after
my arrest in 1988. I was sent to death row in 1991, after two and a half year legal
process.
In July 1995, the Florida Supreme Court acknowledged that my so-called confession is
illegal under Federal Law, but said they are "not bound" by those laws. My appeals will
reach Federal Courts eventually, but meanwhile I am being tied up in red-tape,
purposely by Public officials who refuse to admit I have been wronged under the guise of
a judicial process.

I need help and support in my efforts to obtain legal representation other than one
under-funded and under-staffed by the State. I have 4 kids, but out of touch with them.
I am 34 years old (9-18-1963) and I need your help!
