Also it's been brought to my attention..I've forgot something which is extremely important..We're under a continued death warrant, which means until
our sentence of death is dismissed this warrant will exist...period. If we're granted a stay of execution , soon as that stay is lifted within a period of 10 (ten) days, the governor will schedule a new execution date.

Also, on 1-21-98 we finally had the exhause fans cut off, after over a month of torture..conditions still are not good, but we thank each of you who supported us and because unity can move mountains..we still intend to file legal actions. It is my hope some of you will contact Linda regarding my jurisdiction and send complaint letters directly to the Governor in Kansas,
she (Linda) has the information. Also, please remember Judy also is scheduled for execution and could use support..so any of you who oppose it, please include Judy, Daniel, Gerald, Leo in your letter. We're all scheduled for March.
