Tube VAS, MOSFET output stage.

Using the tubepreamp, (SEE: tubepre), with gain set at 20dB I added MOSFET single-ended output stages to make an amp with a single tube voltage-gain stage and a MOSFET current-gain stage.

The output stage is the same used in the MOSFET amp, (SEE: mosfetamp).

This is a combination of the two mentioned projects where the solidstate inputstage is replaced with the tube preamp, so not much else to talk about really.  If nothing else it demonstrates how simple amps with MOSFETs as output devices can be.  I used to fear the high input capacitance of MOSFETs, but have found most of that being gate-source type, and since source follows gate, very little capacitance needs charging.  The combo mentioned here is still flat to 200kHz.
