Here are the circuit layouts I used for the output stage. The little board with the small PNP transistors, called 'i-set', was shared by both channels, so I made it seperate. Wires running from the 'i-set' out to the 'i-sink' input.

Then the i-sinker board. The power transistors for the output current are mounted on the main heatsink, with wires running to them, so they are not part of the pcb.

Below is the copper trace I used for the boards. Like I mentioned, the two 'i-sinker' boards shared the one 'i-set' board.
