A suggestion for PCB layout:

PCB layout is not critical, but this worked for me. Remember to leave room for heatsinks for the transistors and drain resistor. I used caddock non-inductive power resistors in a TO-220 package for drain resistors.

This is only for the VAS, the output stage can be hardwired, or if by demand I'll lay out a PCB for it too.
