I received a first letter in 1990, in French, sent to my home. The author was only making some comments about one book I just published. But a second event occurred. Before speaking of that, I have to say something on the language of these people.

They would use, as they say, their brain in a different way, or more exactly, their mental structure would be different than ours. We have a conscious part and an unconscious part (which amaze them really, as we take most of our artistic capabilities from this unconsciousness. Artistic possibilities that they do not possess).
When we speak, we emit two messages in the same time: one is coming from the conscious part of our brain and the other from its unconscious part. All psychologists will tell you that. We happen to say, in the same message two totally different things, using a double coding. Though, if I say:

I can manage so that the intonation of my voice means exactly the contrary. There are thousand ways to imagine this double coding : the tone, the gestures, the face expression, etc...

The illusionists use that to simulate a phenomenon of telepathy. May be you already saw, in a music-hall, a scene where one of the artist ask the other, who has closed eyes:

And you would have been amazed to hear the medium answering "red" without any mistake. The tricks is in the way the sentences in made. If the question concerns a colour and that the sentence begins with "miss Irma", the answer, convinced between the two persons, will be "red". If the man would have said:

- Could you tell me, miss Irma, what is the colour of the robe of this woman ?

Other answer : . "yellow". An so on. These people, having a long practising of this type of coded dialogue, the public sees nothing. The Ummits would speak using a double coding (semantic and frequencial), with a systematic use of some sort of stammering. Doing so, as our two illusionist, they could say two things in the same time. This may be useful for teaching. A professor could teach simultaneously geography and chemistry, in the same lecture. But, on UMMO, this would go much farther. This language would have scientific applications. We saw before the the two universe have inverted times. With our classical language, this idea gives me immediately headaches. We do not know how to conceive, how to imagine mentally a phenomenon, in the normal way and in the inverse way. This is the one or the other, but not both at the same time

If we see a scene, recorded on a film or on a magnetic tape of a VCR, we operate a normal scrolling, in the way past to future, or we rewind it. The the swimmer goes out of the water and comes back on the diving-board, the broken glass is reconstituted and comes back on the table. Could we observe this scene, an eye on the scene in the way past-future, and the other looking at the same action "time-backward" ? Difficult to imagine, except if we have a different brain. Different brain, different language and the different logic. Our logic is bi-valued. For us there are only the "right" and the "false" nothing in between. The Ummits logic would be four-valued !

- We met a lot of difficulties to formulate our scientific concepts in your Earth languages. Our logic is different from yours. It is based on four values, four states, and not two, like in yours.

This sentence puzzled me a lot. I took seventeen years to understand through which side I could approach this new domain. All that may be explained with a lot of time, some pictures, metaphors and ... few mathematics. But that will bring us to far and would give you a lot of headaches. But, this is fascinating, much more than the MHD or the cosmology, believe me. All that is supporting the structure of knowledge. No luck. At the autumn 1992 I found finally the first approach angle of this logic building. Then the Ummits reacted, immediately, in the new few days. I received a letter from Ryad, reproduced at the end of the book. This letter was clearly evoking my researches in logic. What was amazing me is that no one, except my computer, was knowing the existence of such researches. My MacIntosh is my only confident for that. I precise that my machine is not connected to any network, through a MODEM. I knew very well I fingered something essential in terms of logic.The indications given in the letter were directly related to this work and had a meaning for me. In addition, the letter contained something new : a project of direct contact, between the ummits and me, through a Spaniard guy named Pena, one of the contactees of the spanish network.

Then I choose to take this message seriously. Why not, after all ? The first thing I did was to meet my friend Jean-Jacques Pastor, at Digne, without warning him on the phone. As we were together, I proposed to go for a walk in the countryside, far from all indiscrete eyes or ears, and I have shown him the letter.

- So what do you think about that ?
- This letter seems authentic, it seems we pass the next gear.
- I must then get in contact with Peña. But what worries me, it is that Rafael is involved too. I adore him, but I am afraid he chats a lot, don't' you think so ?
- Well, if the Ummits mentioned his name in the letter, it is while you can trust him. He received a lot of messages from them and they talked a lot on the phone.
- Ok, so I will get in touch with him.
- Anyway, contacting Peña without telling him before, he would take that badly, I guess.

- I programmed it by introducing a decoding program. I have been code-engineer during my military service, and I know how to compose such a program. This will allow us to communicate for important things.

- How will I do ?
- You deal with young guys in your social work. If I send you a letter where I say: "here are some mathematical problem you asked me for your pupils" for instance:

You will just have to enter the numerical sequence, forgetting the rest of the signs, comas and letters.

- And, how do I do further ?
- You take the computer and launch the program with "RUN". The machine will ask you then a key code. You will learn it by heart and you write it down nowhere.

This will be in your head. After, you enter the number sequence. The computer will decode them and the message will appear on the screen during ten seconds. A message like:

This is done for short messages and we will use this channel only exceptionally. After, the computer will automatically erase the numbers and the key code. The letter is then burned, that's all

We convinced to keep speaking about the UMMO affair on the phone, as if nothing happened, in case where the secret services would have heard our conversations. When one wants to hide something important, and that seemed very important, one must dilute it in a background noise. What was the role of Peña in all this story ? I had no idea, but we supposed a long time that he could have been the author of the illustrations coming with the Ummits documents. Effectively, we found some analogy between his drawings and those of the Ummits reports. Was he the mysterious typist ? This was not coping with a inquiry we did on that subject. There was may be the typist who was typing and Peña who was in charge of the illustrations. We were lost in our thoughts. Pastor Thought that he was mentioned on the letter as he could be a translator between Peña and me. Effectively, he was currently speaking Spanish and not me.

- What is funny, remarked Jean-Jacques, is that Lou (Hiltrud Franz) is not mentioned. But the Ummits seems to trust her since a long time.

Back to Aix I tried to establish a contact with Rafael, through a letter. I was evoking, fuzzily this Ummit letter, telling him it was in French. Rafael called me immediately, and asked me to send the letter by fax. After a lot of hesitations, I mailed the letter from a town located far from Aix, by precaution. The following is completely catastrophic. Lou called me in the next days:

- Allo, Jean-Pierre, we are very happy you received this letter from the Ummits which seems quite interesting.

And she began to speak on the phone, clearly, about its contents. I was crushed. In fact, as soon as Rafael received the photocopy of the letter, he organised a meeting at his home, read the letter and distributed photocopies... Then he wrote a long letter to Peña, telling him:

I have been very pleased to hear that you have been the principal contacts of the Ummits since years, and I have a list of question to ask:

You know, for me all this Ummits story has been one affair beyond all UFO affairs, it did not really interested me ...

Rafael was quite puzzled, and transmitted me this mail by fax (...) asking if I knew an explanation for that

- So Jean-Pierre, what do you think about this strange answer from Peña ? Rafel would plan a meeting with Pena and us, in Madrid, soon.
- Quite simple. This is a "Sicilian message". This means that the whole operation is cancelled. Peña is now closed as a snail in its shell because you have been too chatty (I ignored to which extend !)

I went back to Digne, to meet my friend Jean-Jacques. He was agreeing with my opinion. We decided I would write directly to Peña, in Madrid. This was a letter where I proposed to come myself. He answered:

I learnt, through our good friend Farriols about the next meeting in Madrid. I doubt about the utility of my presence there, given my difficulties to speak8. Effectively, my vocabulary is still so small as the same time we met9. However, I appreciate the interest you show to these persons of Ryad. For me the Ummits do not present any interest, because it is a big machination, managed on Earth, despite of the credit you bring to the information of the letters.

The UMMO case is not more important than the whole UFO case, discredited by the official science. I take in account, anyway, the proposition done by Farriols, concerning this meeting.

The months went by. Rafael received a phone call from the Ummits, from Cuba. The communication was bad. As usual his correspondent has given him some key-information. This is a mean that they always use. When they write to someone, they never forget to evoke some information that the person is the only one to know. When they write me, they always refer to top scientific references, which exclude all interventions of a joker. To Rafael, they spoke about a bank investment he wanted to do and which was secret, as he told us later.

On the phone he asked if the letter I received was authentic. They were affirmative. They wished then that Farriolswould organize rapidly some sort of meeting. A letter followed later, mentioning a list of people. The Ummits doubled this call with a letter where they insisted that Peña should come and tell all what he knew.
This is completely idiot, said Jean-Jacques. Its looks to be a new disinformation manoeuvre. They just have to send us directly the reports.

The mentioned peoples were by the way perfect "strainers". The list was long and were mentioned a certain number of journalists known for their obvious indiscretion. The letter precised that these persons, if they wanted, could also bring their wife.

- To my point, said Jean-Jacques, this is nothong but disinformation. Go there if you want. I prefer staying home. Playing that game does not interest me.
- These people are really impossible !
- Yes, but if they are really extraterrestrials, these are the only ones we have. The others may be worse.

I agreed. I was irratated by the way things were turning into. In their letter, the Ummits were insisting and Rafael reverberated this insistence. They wished that the meeting takes place in Madrid giving possible dates: between the 28th February and the 29th April 1993.
One of the most mysterious sentence on the letter said that they would have the possibility to participate to this meeting being "mimetizado".

This adjective does not exists in Spanish. We could translate it with "mimesed". I had my little daughter with me during one week, during Easter holidays. I said to Farriols, through Lou:

- All this story has no meaning and looks really like a disinformation operation. I have no interest in travelling to Madrid, because we would lost our time. On the other side, as it was foreseen since a long time hat my daughter and I we would take some holidays at Rafaels, he could organise the meeting at this period.

The meeting took the place in Barcelona, during the period of Easter, in the vast ranch of Rafael. The given day the different people invited came and the discussions began. But quickly, Rafael brought an new information.
He insisted on Jordan Peña to come, even offering to pay the travel costs. But José-Luis, ill, declined the invitation. However, he replied by sending a long letter, that Rafael read publicly (Lou was translating it to me). Its content was bewildering. Peña declared simply that he was the only author of the UMMO manipulation. He added that he would have started this operation in 1965, to see how a myth could be created and maintained. He would have acted alone during all these years,under total secrecy. As to the scientific part, "he would have used science-fiction books". He pretended that he would have regularly fed the different networks and contactees till the end of the eighties, when this affair would have escaped his control. Other people would have began to send reports, including an Indian sect.
Rafael whispered and said:

The UMMO affair is quite disconcerting. If I wanted to sum it up in one sentence I would say:

All that seemed completely stupendous. How a single man could have send all these reports from different countries Zimbabwe, Mongolia, Australia, etc... etc....

Sending documents through a person living abroad is quite easy to do, but this requires a complicity which, after all could be dangerous. And Peña said he acted completely alone. Let's forget the technical aspects of this "manipulation". For me, as a scientist, it we impossible that a Spanish psychologist could have built, from parts coming from different science fiction books, a set of information related to each other, which could have produced such a coherent scientific model. Rafael was deeply sorry, despite this joke from a man who had been his companion during a quarter of century. Peña could multiply his excuses, Rafael had the impression to have been taken for an idiot. He called José-Luis, asking him for explanations, before us. Then Peña made this answer:

Since the beginning, the authors of the texts made us used for disinformation operations, announced clearly in their reports and seen as "necessary to control the level of credibility of terrians about their existence". There have been false photographs brought to the press at the time of the affair of the landing of San José de Valdeiras,then the radio message we had to pick up through our radio telescopes, etc. ...

I do not want to make you tired with all the affairs of this type.
But here, this was going too far. The revelation of Peña put all the Spanish contactees in the trouble, suggesting he would have played with their credulity 25 years long. Peña, afterward, multiplied the declaration, which were received with enthusiasm by the on really disturbed by the UMMO affair: the Ufologists. Among them, a person called Renaud Marhic, went immediately to Spain to inquire. He wrote then a book: "UMMO, the extraterrestrial coming from the cold", which was repeating the thesis of a manipulation from the KGB, and then an article in a small magazine "phenomena", published by a Ufologic French group. The text, was beginning so:

- Here we are, he admitted it ! The UMMO affair no more belongs to Ufology, it belongs to History !

The Ufologists, gathered in an international community, often have contacts, meet together and write each other. The book of Mahric, so tedious, had no success, but sprayed a deep doubt over all these people. For everyone, the UMMO affair was now classified.
But, let's come back to the meeting at Farriols.

Driving toward Barcelona, something was worrying me. How could these Ummits have followed my works as I spoke with nobody about them ? The only suspect was my computer. In fact, if someone wanted to spy efficiently my scientific activities, the simplest was to fit my computer with a device sending back the indications of my keyboard, for instance. I had, in my computer, some sort of a scientific logbook where I was writing my thoughts and ideas. I decided, before my leaving, to ask the Ummits some precise questions, simply by noting them in my logbook. Should I, for instance, leave my cosmological works, susceptible to bring some results rather fast and begin with logic, with a lot of uncertainties ? As the meeting was starting, the fax of Farriols began to make noise : a Ummit message. The sheet had no phone numbers, but I suppose that it is not necessary to be an extraterrestrian to send a message "anonymously". The Ummits were expressing their satisfaction to see that the UMMO case was now cited, in the Ufologic meetings and the book written by the Ufologists (like Jacques Vallee, already mentioned), as the example of an uninteresting affair, which had to be classified at the level of a scientists joke or of a manipulation coming from secret services. And then there was a message for me:

- Tell to Jean-Pierre Petit that he should absolutely concentrate his efforts on the four-valued logic ... we know that we put him in a "tantalizing" situation.

The first sentence was bringing an answer to the question I asked in my computer. The second was revealing a monumental judgment failure. Tantalido, comes from Tantalus. The god had condamned the king of Lydia, Tantalus, to suffer of thirst and hungriness, without being able to eat or drink. Transposing, the Ummits thought that having shown me the way to the demonstration of the Fermat theorem, they would put me in a very uncomfortable situation ? If that would be the case, they knew me very badly. Science is interesting, but not to the point that I could have lost my sleep. And anyway, I've always hated arithmetic. I stayed several days at Rafael house. As awaited, nothing serious came from this meeting. The Spanish decided simply that I should begin with four-valued logic, as they would count the scores...
Rafael had some difficulties to understand what I was trying to explain him along the days : thathe did a serious mistake. The day of my leaving I told him:

- Rafael, you are one of my best friend and I like you a lot. But see : I tried to initiate you to the manipulation of a coding program, that your son is now trying ... on the lounge computer. I gave you the address of a person in Aix, who could deal as a mail box. But since three days the address lays on your desk, before everyone. The CIA and the KGB must know the number of your safe since twenty years. By the way, I would bet that it is the birthday of your daughter, or something like that. Frankly, you cannot hold a secret. You son in law just told be during hours that the most you are hiding something, the most the secret services are interested to it and that the best way to hide a document is to let it laying, under the eyes of everyone.

- But we have treated, here, this letter, as all the others letters...
- Yes, but it was containing something different. For the first time a project of direct contact was evoked. This did not catch your attention ?

I had the impression to be a fisher who waited that the fish comes up from the depth of the lake, patiently, during fifteen years. And as it gently began to swim up from the depths, my friend would have jumped on the bank, yielding "here they come, here they are". And I added.

- We are friend for life, but I came to tell you once: if ever I would receive such a letter, even if your name was mentioned, I would not inform you about it. The chances are may be so small that these correspondents are authentic extraterrestrials, but if that would be the case, that would be too important to take the risk that such a contact fails.

I went back to Aix. What should we think about this story ? I had no ideas. I was leaving the event in a fully different way than the Spaniards. These documents were the basis of my work. Being centerd on the scientific functionality of the texts, I always had something to do. A single sentence of these documents was giving me work for years. For the Spaniards, between two letters, they did not know what to do. I am a scientist at the national center for scientific research. Paid by the French tax-payer, I always produced with regularities some scientific results, real, worth a publication. In 88-89, I gave out three publications in theoretical cosmology, in a high level revue, Modern Physics Letters A. I had works which could be written to be submitted to the referees of scientific magazines. I estimated to be more profit-earning working towards that direction. The Ummit letters began nevertheless to be sent at my home, with regularity, as if these people would have say " OK, he prefers going back to cosmology, let's give him some information in this domain".

Then began between them and me, a strange mode of communication. I kept on asking from time to time question, still using my computer, and they answered. As they did it, this was always quite rapidly. The information were generally about theoretical physics problems and cosmology. I received during the perio 1992-1994 about fifty pages. The Spaniards, who no more receive letters since the letter of Cuba from spring 1993, were polarised, as usual, on the authentic character of the documents. During a recent meeting, in November 1994, that we had at Rafael, one of the members of the group said:

- Could- you make us a sum up of the letters and present the arguments that you use to say they are authentic ?
- My dear Vincente, we react differently. On your side, you examine the paper, the ink, the stamp. We do not care about that. What interest us is the scientific contents of the text, the functionality of the document, which say, in the end if it comes from the same "source". That's all.
- So what do you think about the scientific content of the new letters ?
- I think nothing. To my opinion, this is showing the direction of a unified theory, based not on two Universes, but on two pairs of Universe. There would not be two Universe but four and these aspects of the thing seems to be linked to the four-valued logic.
- What do you mean ?
- My works of 1994 have shown that the geometrical structure of the Universe could be more complicated than what we thought until today. With two Universe this worked apparently better. But there is in cosmology a big problem.
- Which is ?
- One does not know how to deal in a same model, in the same geometrical context, at the same time with gravitation and electromagnetism. If we could do that, this would outgo on what Einstein had called a "unified field theory", that he always tried to establish.

- You mean that the Ummits gave you, in the texts, some elements to build such a theory ?
- The documents speak from an extension of the geometrical cosmological context, indicating clearly that we could then introduce the electric charges and then to understand their signification. This is my impression, but, as usual, the conclusion may be reached only if I can publish results in scientific revues. Till now, these documents are only ... paper and ink.

There were a lot of other things in the letters, concerning in particular the hyperspatial transfer and the way the vessel was going in the twin universe. But at the end of July 1993, the Ummits wrote me:

The sending of different documents (40 sheets in total) has for object the progressive transfer of scientific knowledge from extraterrestrial origin and is a part of the second phase called "preparation phase" of the general programme elaborated by the UMMOAELEWE , foreseeing an official contact between our two galactic civilisations (1950-2050).
The first phase named "study", which be soon achieved, has been performed in a very positive way as we stored on titan memory most of the techno-cultural information of your rich and passionning (?) terrestrial civilisation, without, globally, having influenced the object of the study.

The second step of the programme (1970-2000) named "preparation" which goal is a sensibilisation (?) and a progressive maturation of the political, religious, military and scientific authorities, has for aim to make rationally admissible and tolerable the idea of an extraterrestrial presence on Earth and to favours the progressive diffusion at the world scale of this new paradigm.

The realisation of this second phase is ensured by an intensification of the flies over inhabited zones, some landings and night encounters, the intensification of phone contacts and and mails and also, some unavoidable disinformation operations.

The goal of the third step, is a contact with your macr-social organizations and goverments, and is directed towards a bi-cultural evolution of our two humanities.

This third phase should logically occur at the beginning of the third millinery (which may be subject to modifications, related to the evolution of the sociopolitical conditions on Earth and at the absence of a too heavy cultural shock, coming from an excessive transfer of knowledge), probably between 2030 and 2050, according to the immunity level and the psychological resistance shown by the terrestrial masses.

This letter (1993) brought some new insights on the politics followed by the Ummits, and in general by the extraterrestrial visitors (the authors of the documents pretend that they collaborate with other ethnic groups, in the survey of the "turbulent terrestrial civilisation"). What do we read in the upper text ? Before all, the total absence of a project of dialoge or cooperation with the men of the Earth. This letter smells like paternalism. One shall tell us the truth if we behave well enough). By letting fly some flying saucers over the countrysides. Then, in 2030 or 2050, these brave people will land and get in contact with our "official representants"".

Though, to achieve the contact between two planets, one century would be enough ? What do these people think ? That the terrians will evolve in such a short time ?
The terrestrial civilisations, the human and metaphysics beliefs evolve, on Earth, extremely slowly, and this evolution has nothing to do with the "exponential" scientific and technical progress. On Earth live multiples ethnic groups, living at different ages, from prehistorical ages to the 20th century. Do the Ummits think that the mental schema of a Muslim, of a Jew a Christian or of a Buddhist may evolve so quickly ? Could they land on Earth and just say :

- You are wrong. You metaphysical conceptions are false. Take your pencils and write, will we explain you all that.

For that, one should only fly in the sky with UFOs, send some letters and give some phone call ? One must really come from another planet to think that. In truth, in ten years, in one or five centuries, all contacts with an extraterrestrial presence will be extremely distressing and destabilising, whatever the intellectual level of the individual, if he is full, consciously or unconsciously, of a religious ideology. All our civilisations would fall down like sand castles, and the planet would be put in a complete chaos. These rationalist of Ummits, who really thought to understand the peoples of the Earth, seem desperately to mix up culture and folklore. Forty five years after their coming on Earth, they have not yet understood that our culture, or religious believes, for the majority of us, in a conscious or unconscious way, are the cement of the structure and that without it, all would fall down. I answered, again with the help of my computer, that this plan seemed unrealistic, being convinced that this contact procedure could be negotiated only through a collaboration between terrestrial and extraterrestrial responsible. I suggested that the only was to proceed was to inject some information in the scientific world, chosen so not to produce catastrophy, but solid enough to create an evolution of the world vision, making ours conscienceness to chang "from the insides". The answer cam one week later, under the form of another letter whose important sentence was:

The formation that your specialist have recently detected in the Orion nebulae with the Hubble telescope, that they name "

" and that the believe to be a protoplanetary nebulae is in fact the first toroidal nebula that you detect.

I ran to the observatory I belong and got more information. Some months ago, the Hubble telescope, despite its myopia (recently corrected by the astronauts), has taken a colour photography of a part of the Orion Nebulae.

The Orion nebulae is a huge gas cloud which superficial temperature is 7000° and which is 1500 light years far away from Earth.This is a real star nursery, as a lot of star form there and keep the high temperature, by heating the gas through light emission. The photo showed, on the foreground, a little shady spot, with fuzzy limits. Evidently, this was a mini-cloud of gas or dust. What is a protoplanetary nebulae ? The astronomers think that when the stars emit in the infrared, they are surrounded with a dust cocoon which should create the planets, according to the present theories. But if such a cocoon surround the star, this must be heated to similar temperature than its superficial temperature in the order of thousands of degrees. On the other side, what are the toroidal nebulae described in a Ummit letter dating from 1967 and reproduced at the end of the book ? These are cold objects, the coldest as possible, as their temperature is near 3 absolute degrees, which is the temperature of the cosmic oven were all lie?. I personally think, as mentioned above, that this mass of cold gas could be an exceeding of mass, abandoned by the destabilised neutron star which went in the twin Universe. As evoked before, this star, becoming an anti-star, would lie on the "other side" of the universe and, having gathered a repulsive character, would avoid this ring of gas to contract. In this perspective, this ring of gas would would be the belt which is surrounding the neutron star, invisible for us. This is a symmetric situation to the one of the galaxy and the "anti-galaxy", where this time the belt is visible.

Being no more fed with energy, the surrounding gas would get cold , due to radiative loss, and would take the temperature of the cosmic oven, 3°K. This gives immediately a new way to know if the information is true, of if this is the last disinformation manoeuvre (corresponding to the recent strategy of Jordan Peña ). To verify it, one should have an infrared telescope, which can see such low temperature. That was the case of the satellite IROS. But the captors must be (refrigeres) with liquid helium. IROS had then its provision of liquid helium allowing him to work to years long, what it did. But, alas, its reserves are empty since a long time and is now a dead object flying around the Earth. It had by the way, a quite small separation capability. The Americans foresee to launch a new sky laboratory, around 1995, functioning on the same principle, but I am afraid that its separation capabilities will stay too low to aim to such a small object. Anyway, sooner or later, this will be done. Effectively, the scientists are clued by this type of objects and, as soon as they will be able to do it, they will try to measure the superficial temperature of the object. If it is hot, exit with the toroidal nebulae. If it is cold, then all will be passionning (?). Effectively, the text on this nebulae indicates that these were these object which allowed the Ummits to understand that our Universe had a small brother, a twin.

According to the Ummits texts, when the cosmos would (subir) some large foldings, some extracosmological oscillations, the temperature i these nebulae would fall to a hundredth of absolute degree and the magnetic field there would fall to a value very near zero. But this magnetic filed would polarise strongly the light crossing the star. We know how to measure this polarisation, even if it is quite delicate. If the scientist would follow the evolution of this polarisation during, let's say one year, this would (soulver) a huge scientific problem, one more. By the way, this would be really the time to care about the origin of the Ummits texts. One hardly see, if all that would e confirmed, how a terrian, so intelligent he may-be, and working for the KGB of Tomsk, would have suggested a such strange phenomena. If, till then, I could settle a credible model for the hyperspatial transfer of the neutron star, evoked before, and which would leave an exceeding of gas, with a annular shape, which would get rapidly cold through radiation, the observational confirmation would be already there, and also a theory which would explain the extracosmological observations. I would personally believe that if these toroidal nebulae really exists, they must have a quite small size. Alas, one does not see how to evaluate the distance to a fuzzy object. The satellite Hipparcos, using the parallax method, is able to measure the distances of stars to a distance o thousand light years. But this angular displacement stay quite small and the measure is possible only because the stars are quasi punctual objects. If some information on this "proplyd" of the Orion nebulae arise, its distance from us will still miss. Then we will not be able to evaluate its diameter. It will be only somewhere between us and the Orion nebulae, which is at 1500 light years from Earth.

I should require too much pages to tell you all the trouble I got among the french scientific community, due to my interest for the UFO case, since 1975. As evoked in the begining of the book, I first started research in MHD, magnetohydrodynamics. As shown these fifteen years of effort were ended by the french army. This work gave top-level publications in specialized scientific journals. One of my students, Bertrand Lebrun, wrote a phd thesis about the subjet : "Shock wave cancellation around an object immersed in a supersonic gaz flow, by Lorentz forces field". This work opened a fascinating new subject. It was shown there that the shock waves and turbulent wake could be completely cancelled around flying machines, due to the action of very conventional electromagnetic forces. Normally this research should have been continued intensively. But the french scientific community reacted very negatively. Moreover, they said to Lebrun :

- As you have worked with Petit you will never be accepted in any lab in France.

Lebrun had to give up. He left the world of research in 1987 and created a small company, doing some numerical computational work for others.
One thing became evident : working with me was not the best way to start a career of scientist. Then I shifted towards theoretical cosmology. The only thing that I could do was to work with a pencil and a paper, just using my brain. No more lab, no funding, no collaborators. Poverty and scientific solitude, but freedom.
I worked alone during some years and published at the same time my first results in theoretical cosmology ( Modern Physics Letters 88-89 ) and a first boot about the Ummo case, in french. The scientific community got immediatly mad at it. The book was a great success among the people, but a scandal among the scientific community. In 1991 I was ordered to come at once at then Direction of the french CNRS ( a huge organization, 30,000 persons, that has in charge, in my country, all the state fundamental research ). I expected to be fired. But I was not. The General Director was puzzled by all this story, but had to admit that I was a quite productive researcher.

- Well : do what you want. After all we don't care about the source of your inspiration. If you produce solid results, it is OK for us.

It was an agreable surprize. When I went back to the lab I belong to, the Observatory of Marseille, I told to my collegues what the General Director said to me. They were more surprized than I was, and one said :

I was then authorized to continue, following this quite unconventional way. But something was clear : I sould not be helped. Paper, pencil, books, and... a personal computer. Nothing else. One day a young french man, Frédéric, visited me.

- I have read your book, which puzzled me a lot. I am a physicist and I work on a high energy plant, a synchroton, in a foreign european coutry. I just wanted to check if you were mad or not.
- Please, do.

We talked science during two days. Frédéric concluded that I was a normal man.

- Well, what could I do for you ? You have published interesting papers that I have read with interest. But it seems that you need a big computer, to perform numerical simulations. Your small Mac Intosh is ridiculous.
- I confess.
- As the matterfact I have a big one, in my center.
- Luky man
- I also read in your book that working with you could be bad for a career.
- Sure.
- Hmmm. I suggest the following. I could make the simulations on my big computer, but in secrecy. Let us make a deal. I work with you, but you don't tell my true name to anybody, never.
- It is OK for me.

Then Frédéric started to work, very efficently and very fastly. He had a huge computer, very fast, and got rapidly very good results, mentioned above, and published it ( his real name is not Landsheat ). He lived and works in a distant town, but it was not a problem to us. We used telephone an fax. After one year and half he was really attracted by all I was working about : cosmology, astrophysics, logics. He finished his phd thesis in spring 1995, and then he decided to enter a french lab, still devoted to particules acceleration, located in France. I am deeply convinced if it had been known that Fred was closely working with me, he should have got great difficulties to succeed. The official do not like people interested in ufos, and Fred became rapidly very interested in, of course. Last week he sent me a coded message on my phone tape-recorder :

By the way we have decided to keep this careful strategy of secrecy so that I will not tell you his true name and the place were he works now.
Fred is a very brillant an prominsing young man and his computer is as big as the one of his precedent lab. Anyway, this viral infection was a success.

In 1991 Jorge Barranechea a good friend of Rafael Farriols left suddenly the "group of Barcelona" and went definitively away from the UMMO affair. Doing so he gave some documents we could recuperate. Beyond the, a totally amazing latter, that Jean-Jacques Pastor has translated, and which is integrally reproduced at the end of the book. We ask the letter to refer to it. It lightens suddenly the whole UMMO case, on the conditions of the first contacts and on the (mesures) foreseen by the Ummits in case of Emergency and the menace of auto-destruction of the planet Earth. The tone changes completely. It is no more slow (travaux d'approches) for a peaceful contact based on a "bi-cultural evolution" but an evolution under "tutelle(?)". Here are some extracts of these letter:

An efficient solution would be the intervention of an intra-galactical ethnical group like ours, or from another ethnic group visiting you, which would foresee to take the power on Earth. It would be easy to be presented to you, bringing some undisputable proves of our identity, but we would not loose our time with such a vain action. We have powerful (coercition) means. A group exceeding no more that eighteen individuals13( the present number of people of our expeditionaries on Earth), fitted with the appropriate technology, would be enough to (mettre a genou) the politicians of the most powerful nations. The weaker nations would show no resistance as we would have the means to suppress this opposition without killing the opponent.

All the nationalities would be the melt in on planetary entity which would be, during the reconfiguration process, placed under the authority of brothers named by the direction center of UMMO. The majority of the of the decisional subaltern organ, in the framework of a structure that we would impose, according to a scientific model especially developed for you, would be directed by some humans of the Earth chosen in function of the neurocortical structure. There human would receive a fast formation, in center conceived by us. In this first step of reconversion, lots of governments would stay in place, but under the strict orders of our central governments. The corrupted (dirigeant) would be replaced by more competent and fair individuals.

This first step would be characterised by the apparition of numerous resistances, by (sabotages) and by the manifestation of nationalist and religious hysteria. But at this stage we would multiplied the number of expeditionaries and our brothers would converge toward these subversion centers. We have some systems which paralyses the neuro-encephalic activities without (provoquer) and lesions. We would isolate the (recalcitrants) which would stay in some reeducation centers, but we precise that the treatment would be very agreedible (?) for them.

This letter is perfectly according to the social laws of the planet UMMO. There, the individual is free, till a certain point. He is free to be conform to the social laws. But when his behaviour put in danger the balance of the Ummit society, he is the totally reeducated. You just have to replace the word "individuals" with the word "planet". Our education program for the Humans of Earth would need a rigorous and early separation of the children and their parents,to avoid their ideological contamination. The formation will be performed on a cultural base proper to the Earth and excluding rigorously some (apport) coming from UMMO. We would simply simply select the scientific, historical, artistic and folklore elements that my (dirigeant) brothers would consider as non (vicies) by heavy conceptual errors.
We would implant a new religious ideology, based on our own scientific knowledge. The rest of the believes of Earth would be teach in the context of historical science. We would respect the local ethnical customs which would not put in danger the health and the harmony of the Earth social network. During the History the Ummits have known such a period of an extreme violence. After the elimination of their dictator, they tried to make from their planet a peaceful place. But it seemed to them impossible to realise this operation at the scale of only one generation. Though all the children of UMMO have be parked in a vast territory (30% of the superficy(?)) where some educators took in charge, for a perfect programmed planetary reconfiguration, perfectly totalitar(?).
This was not a too big problem, given the relations between the Ummits and their children. On that point their behaviour is nearer to the animals as to the humans, which is an aspect we already emphasised before. But do they imagine whit could be the effect of such a (mesure) would give in our humanity ? I do not think so.

The ideological reconfiguration of the planet Earth would go first through a massive injection of knowledge in the domain of the metaphysics (the Ummits metaphysics will be the object of a next book). This is a seducing construction, but (caustique). In function of these new lights, all terrestrial religions would be reduced to the level of simple sects (they are considered as such by the Ummits. As a consequence, all our cultures would collapse immediately. In short, the Ummits would behave like elephants in a porcelain shop, transforming the Earth in a UMMO planet, in an "Eden" entirely managed by a central computer, and all would be at last for the best in the best of the Universe. I had some first ideas about this letter in 1988, at the time when the Spaniards received it. Lou told me then:

The third step would allow a centralisation of the economical activity according to a reliable model of planetary gestion (?) and on a distribution of the incomes based on econometrical, meteorological and social parameters, and also on the ambient pollution, etc., obtained in real time, and which would allow to modify daily this politic at the planet level.

Clearly, as on UMMO, the whole social system would be optimised and modelized (?), the gestion (?) being in the hands of ... a central computer. The police forces would be directed by UMMO and assisted by some specialist of our planet. We would fit these terrian helpers with some special devices, able to paralyse the neuro-cortical function of all mammals in a certain action radius. This would be one of the rare exception where we would bring on Earth our own technology. We would tolerate the use of this technology, but it would automatically destroy itself if you would try to find their secrets.
We would impose a new juridical framework. The rehabilitation of delinquents would be based on modern and powerful methods of psychological reeducation, based on moral rules coming from real scientific knowledge in what you name metaphysics.

The Ummit law based on scientific considerations, would be imposed to all persons and teach. This intervention model is evidently hypothetical. Never we shall decide to interfere in your social evolution and in the conditions of a natural progress. But we think seriously to act so, and we would do it in case we detect a imminent risk of destruction of your social network by a nuclear conflagration, by plasma or bio-technological weaponnery (?) ( we do not think that a conflict with an exclusively chemical weaponnery (?) could induce the destruction of your specie). Here is then the general extraterrestrial ethic: the human is only the (locataire) of his planet. This one is more important than the humanity it is housing, which is here only to accomplish a defined mission.

One may ask how such a few number of individuals (a little more than a dozen) could be master of a planet in such a short time. The answer is given later: We are sure that it would not be enough to present our identity and to bring the proves of our coercitive (?) capacities before the international organism, so that the government would give up their souverainity (?). It is the reason why we would not loose a precious time in this way, which would only produce an immediate resistance reaction and which would be perceived as an invasion.
Our neutralisation concept implies some methods of access to the power which would avoid deep trauma to the socio-economical organisation of your planet, a collective panic and the paralysation of the administrative functions.
Of course, we can not reveal the bases of this project, directed to those of your brothers who are implied in the decision centers of the states, which would use a remote-control of the (amydalienne) neuron structures, which play an determining role in the aggression behaviours, and in the dentritical nets of the frontal cortex15 and of the hippocampe(?).

All media would be placed under our control, in such a way that the evolving process would be assimilated progressively without (engendrer) any anxiousness. This gradual (prise de conscience) would go till a certain level where the most intelligent humans of your planet would tell their brothers that the planetary souverainity (?) went under the control of a extraterrestrial entity.

In the rest of the letter, is evoked the way another ethnic group, different from the Ummits, would have taken contact with Fernando Sesma:

One of these expeditionaries group (extraterrestrial) sent some agents in different European and Asian countries. Two of them arrived in Spain before our brothers have been implanted in your country. They connected themselves to a Japanese citizen, through a cerebral control device and, whit his help, with one of your brother called Fernando Sesma Manzano. This civilisation, very advanced on the cerebral control technics, found there the occasion to use the humans of Earth as laboratory animals for their neuropsychological experiments.

In short, this (mise sous tutelle(?)) would not be noticed by the subject. if this text is true, it give credibility all the stories of mental manipulations that some ethnics would perform on the terrians.

Reading these lines, I saw again Jean-Jacques turning his hat, the eyes in the emptiness, in the lounges of the Hotel Sandvy, in 1988. The Ummits say that they are conscious of the tremendous shock that the terrian society would endure, (mise sous le joug) (to employ their own terms, see the letter).

Your collective anxiousness, the idea of being dominated by some unknown extraterrestrial, would provoke some aggressive social attitudes, of terror and suicide, of a collapse of the organisation and the activities of the nations, and some uncontrolled migrations. It would be useless that we appear ourselves on your television screen, trying to quietten (?) you, as the persuasion capacities of person being perceived as enemies are null.
Conscious of that, my brothers have then decided to from some very little groups of terrians, to prepare them in function of this eventuality, under all precautions. We could not choose politicians as these people should have been neutralised as soon as the intervention decision would have been taken. These people could also not be scientist, as they would have immediately ask for our identity16, that for major reasons we don't want to reveal. It would also not have been indicated to address ourselves to humans belonging to low socio-cultural level, as the deficient capacities would not have allowed them to catch the depth of the information we would have brought them and to understand them.

We have then chosen individuals belonging to socio-cultural middle
classes: engineers, diplomed (?) in some social and scientific disciplines, business men of an low level, priests and clergymen of different religion, modest agents of administrations. We have therefore all looked for physicians17, sociologist, psychologists18, journalists19 and specialists of communications technics.

After having read this letter, we were under the shock during several weeks, Jean-Jacques and me. We were trying to analyse the situation with as most objectivity as possible.

- We have the impression to be in a bad science-fiction film, said Jean-Jacques. However, we have to recognise that their analysis of Earth is well done.

Apparently, the source of the terrian problems were in their encephalic structure: We have notices that the neural nets of the terrians were very different from each other, with not only quantitative difference, but also qualitative. Though the individuals presents some different inter-nucleo-(ganglionnaire) connection scheme. These differences appear not only between different ethnic groups, but also within the group. But this is not the most (grave). By the terrians, the nervous trunk at the level of the reticular kernel, of the cuneiform fascicule(?), of the caudal pontic, of the reticular oral bridge, and also for other determined kernels located near the limbic system (we use a terminology familiar to the neuro-anatomists of your country) present some dentritic formations that we may surely qualify from paleo-encephalic, as these nets contained, programmes, some action rules inherited from your animal ancestors.

These structures induce aggressive or compulsive behaviour, very sensitive to the physico-biological environment, to such a point that these behaviours are a impeachment to the liberty of decision elaborated in the cortex. They push the individuals towards irrational practices, even more dangerous that they are combined with an emotional component which was unknown by your mammals ancestors.

So may be explain the sadist sexual behaviours, the criminal psychopathic reactions, the pleasant sensation felt by the torturers, the delirant (?) compulsion of richness accumulation against the right of other people.
We say nothing that you do not know. The most advanced components of your technology, the organisation methods, a enlarged mass of information are in the hand of irresponsible brains fitted with an animal paleo-encephalic net, what is equivalent to put a highly dangerous explosive in the hands of a young child.
You have created a social "order" structured in a delirant(?) manner, in which the technological power, the economical power and the information are manipulated, not by the intelligent creators of a emerging social network, but by the illest (?) and archaically brains of your society. The (comble) of the (ineptie) is that the warders (?) of the moral laws are not fair scientists, but the leaders of fanatical religious communities which falsify these moral laws according to their extravagance and interests.

- Then, I concluded, if it is so, our planetary situation is disesperated (?) ! If we believe these texts, the moral consciousness of an individual has nothing to do with its IQ.

I thought to a person like Oppenheimer, whose exceptional intelligence has been, is life along, at the service of an infantile egocentrism and a ill volunty (?) of power. Other names occurred to my mind as the one of "Edward Teller, the father of the H bomb, the real doctor Folamour. How hoping to see emerging some authentical humanist planetary solutions if all the powers are automatically in the hands of performing individuals, but ill? The Ummit text, on this precise point has several terrible sentences:

The social net of Earth is in the hand of some oligarchy having the economical power. All ideas, creation or model, coming from a human being or a group of humans out of these will be automatically absorbed, controlled by these oligarchies. If the idea, the philosophy, the system, the scientific model are not serving the interests of these oligarchies, or would tend to reduce their power or to damage the iron structure where their religious domination capacities are rooted, these groups dispose of powerful means to discredit, stop the development of the models, to avoid their application and diffusion.
If the idea or the model seems to enforce their interest, these oligarchies are falsing (?) the framework of their application. So, a system which could cure the misery of what you call the third-world, slow down the progression of serious diseases, (Pallier) the lack of energy, increase the way of life, is chanelised (?) rapidly towards military applications or operations aiming to insure the biggest profit for some industrial groups, creating huge perturbations in the market and (contrari) other companies which could allow the social network to develop itself.
This is a condensed image of what you know too well. How could you naively keep on asking us for some information ? How long time do you think they would stay in your hands ? What do you think the corrupted politicians would, the (cupide) businessmen, the spy networks and the military infrastructures would do ?

At the present state of terrestrial science a simple restructuration of your directing politics, according to ethical models which are familiar to you and which are laying on a efficient planification (?) of the economy and on the search of intelligent technological applications would solve efficiently most of the urgent problems that we described in the previous paragraphs.
The problem is not based on a lack of resources neither on a lack of scientific knowledge. You own all what could allow this change. If such a restructuration of your social network is today an utopia, this is due to the (grave) deficiencies of your brain structure.

What could we do ? After reading this document, all our efforts were suddenly questionable. Why developing new models in cosmology and logic ? Are we only laboratory animals, fitted with a slightly higher intelligence than the average ? The Spaniards did not have such problems, and that was amazing us. They were behaving like passive disciples. No self-initiative, not even a reflection. They were waiting for the orders, hoping I don't know what, may be a medical assistance in case of a serious desease1; ? Or all this story was a way for them to (tuer le temps). The mails kept on arriving to me, coming from different part of the globs, the states, Canada, among others. In a mail, my correspondents asked me to destroy the envelopes, what I did. The fact of keeping the secrets on the town of origins was appearing to me as having few importance. What was the goal of all that game? Many times I took again the letter of Ryad, of 1992. Giving me credibility, what for ? To say what ?

- I think that the Ummits wanted you to make a big scientific discovery, to (dedommmager) you from all the drawbacks that your interest for the file has (provoquer) in your professional life.

If that was the only reason, this would be quite deceiving. But this was coping with the neologism of the authors of the letters1<, as they evoke a "Tantal" situation for me. As if feeling near the demonstration of a brilliant theorem or an essential discovery would have made in me a modern "tantal". Frankly, I have others worries and expectations in my life. If they are really extraterrestrials, do these expeditionaries from UMMO understand us? I would doubt about his. One key-element of their report would be the small size of their (effectifs) on Earth. How a hand full of expeditionaries could control a planet where five billions of humans are living ?

There is only one answer: by analysing the exchanged messages with a powerful computer fitted with artificial intelligence. To do so, one must modelise(?) the human being, his language, his behaviour and program all that in a machine. This is how we are traced. Our behaviours would then be analysed by being having a certain idea of us, and which would have stored it in the memory of their machines.

How would they by the way analyse our psychology ? apparently by concentrating on the encephalic architecture, studied by their apparatus, one neuron connection after the other. The machine would then proceed to a shape-recognition. Such encephalic model, such way of cabling: such personality. But, is it a reliable system ? Our brain owns an unconscious zone, which apparently has no equivalent in the Ummits brain. Then, how could they localise it, and appreciate its functionality, when they do not have reference models ? In a quite old reports, the Ummits say that they would have been puzzled by the folds on the trousers on the men. They would have search for this folds a rational explanation. The only one they found was to reduce the aerodynamic tail during the walk. What was amazing then, is that acting so, the terrians were consuming more energy to iron their trousers than they were saving it when walking.
Through this anecdote, which is quite funny, one discovers the gap which are separating them from us, even if we are biologically and morphologically similar. We are at the same time rational and irrational, then we may imagine how works a purely rational being. But could some exclusively rational beings understand our irrationality ? I doubt it .

If some extraterrestrial are visiting us, what could be their reaction as they would observe the infinite diversity of our cultures, all these "non-functional things". They should appear as useless. If one day they would start these vast reconfiguration operation of the human specie, as suggested in the letter received in 1988 by Jorge Barranechea, they would gather the last Indians from Amazonia (?), would install their children in Universities. Some tens of years later, the (cescendants) of these "wilds", finally "civilised", would come back visiting their primitive forest, wonderfully preserved. They would the analyses the enzymatic reactions in the testicles of parrots and would contemplate with perplexity the feathers wore by their ancestors, their bow, their cultural instruments, very well preserved, ... in museums. The Earth, finally peaceful, would then look like the best of the world, described by this visionary writers, Aldus Huxley. They would have destroyed the soul of a planet, as did for many years those who "civilised" the Indian tribes of North America. In our reconfigured brains, all the creativity and imagination would be annihilated, erased.

In the Ummits texts concerning metaphysics, and which will be evoked in a next book, the authors say that each humanity would own a collective psychism (?), that they call collective soul. All the future of one planetary ethnic group would consist of enriching this essential and transcendental psychic structure.
Acting so efficiently to save the Earth mankind, but understanding so badly the original way it is communicating with its own planetary psychism (?) (through religious fantasmagories(?)), these extraterrestrial expeditionaries would hurt it in an irreversible way.

The Earth is not going well. Everyone knows that. But to which point ? We have evoked before the visit that the Ummits would have done to a planet located two thousands lights years, using exceptional meteorological comical conditions. As for the Earth they would have been informed about the presence of this planet by picking up a radio message (emitted two thousand years before).

What have they found as they came ? The rests of a civilisation which would have self-destroyed after a war with anti-matter weapons, where compared to them, our atom bombs would be simple (petard). Vitrified floor, no more biotop (?), polluted by the radioactive ashes such that no live was no more possible there.
Sine 1978, the authors of the documents warned the terrians that such weapons, based of the direct synthesis of anti-matter during thermonuclear compressions, would be under study in Russia and in the States. This idea is a priori not silly. One should only have a look to the exponential growing power of weaponnery (?) (?) in the few last ten years. In 1967, the soviets have made exploded, in New-Zemble, some engines with a power of hundred megatons (a number indicated by Andrei Sakharov in his memories). Gain power, compared to the bombs of Nagasaki and Hiroshima in 1945: a ratio ten thousands. Why should have these increasing stopped in 1967 ? In a letter of the eighties, the same Ummits warned us that such bombs became practically operational, in the States, after a series of underground experiments, in the Nevada, and that the project would have the name DSP 32 ( defence support programme 32 ). One may decided to believe this UMMO affair or not. Anyway, it brings us to think about our own future, quite (inquietant). By the way, such anti-matter bombs could vitrify the ground of a whole continent.
This is not so idiot: half a kilo of anti-matter equals that whole power of all the thermonuclear bombs stored on out planet. We evoke here shortly the probable development of nuclear and "post-nuclear" weapons, but the bio-technological weapons could be much more hurtful and uncontrollable than the previous ones.

I have in my library a report coming from the French Institute of the High Defence Studies, old of five years, and which treats of "cancer weapons".

What is (clocher), in this whole story, this is the absence of dialogue and the total lack of confidence of these people for us. Of course we have a lot of things to discover, in particular the functionality of the human in the cosmos, and the meaning of his conscience, what will bring us to review seriously our metaphysical conceptions and the different religious expressions. In the end the human should discover, or disappear, the inevitable law of solidarity and human justice.
Can they travel this way without being directed, as mentioned in the letter received by Barranechea ? I am generally optimist, and I would like to answer positively. But the time hurries. Our progresses and the recent desegregation of our social structures make us converging toward more and more difficult times, as announced with lucidity in the letter I received in 1990. I we had escaped to an nuclear destruction, with the economical collapse of the ex-USSR, we go toward some sort of planetary scepticemy(?), which will go worse and worse, as prognosticated by the Ummits (in particular in a mail I received in 1990). What could we do that the human evolve more rapidly ? They should know each other better and talk together. To make them struggle against each other, one keep on presenting than as foreigners. Ideologues and other religious fanatic leaders (dresse) the ethnic groups one against the others. We discover, at the twentieth century, that the most violent wars are religious, or the inter-ethnic conflicts. Every where in the world some people are fighting, in the name of different believes. What could we do to reverse this process? Bring the human to communicate. But today the word communication is falsed(?). One no more speak from human being to human being, but though the media. The ethnics (secrete) some idiot (porte parole), invent some tastes, mode, which seem to be more and more the expression of our paleo-encephal. Just look at the number of dead per minutes in our television film, which is only the symptom of a deep disequilibrium.

Politically, the democracies which seems to be the less bad system, are only the expression on the individual demissions(?). Tired to decide himself, one looks for a leader to give him the power, to discharge on him all responsibilities. The human should be able to communicate directly, from individual to individual, breaking the barriers of their languages. This is on this point that the Ummits could strongly help as the dominate perfectly the subject of the instant translation. At least, this does not seem to have direct military applications. There are on Earth some tries in this directions. A Japan-American team works on the project STAR ( Speech Translation Advanced Research ). Our compute are now performing enough to house such programmes and language data banks (the dictionary I use to correct my orthographic failures is only taking a negligible fraction of the central memory of the MacIntosh I am now working on).

But all that is only beginning. On this point, my usual correspondent, who pretends being named OAXIIBOO 6, is right: Instead of entering in the machine a complete text, raw, which will be very difficult to analyse, one should communicate word after word, sentence after sentence, expression after expression, so that it catch the essential: the meaning. One must set up a sementic acquisition. A book written so would be immediately translatable in a numerous number of terrestrial languages. The author (which would then no more become fees) would no more have to go to publishers. A book could be offered in the big planetary (souk). Anyone could read it, in his own language (as it would in fact not exist in a particular language, but under the form of a semantic structure). One should not order or buy it. One one transfer it free on charge in few minutes, and then would print it at home.

One may enter his message in the machine through the keyboard. Modulo (?) this semantic filtering, the speech entering would not be a problem. This is a technique we already manage. By the way, the STAR programme works with a speech input output. What is a semantic filtering. This is a great word which covers a very simple concept. My computer has an orthographic corrector. When using it passes quickly on the words which orthography is correct (it compare them to those which are in its memory). If on word does not correspond to its lexical, it stops immediately and proposes some neighbour words. In short it says: I do not understand this word, but this may be this one. That or that ...

I have the right to force the orthography, to impose a new exotic word, for instance a person name. I may also create my own dictionary, including words which does not exist in the main dictionary, but that I consider to have a correct spelling. I stay the master of the game. A semantic filtering would record continuously the verbalised or tipped message. If it is translatable, as for instance:

My name is Abdul, I am working in a garage in Algiers. I have two daughters. One is named Aicha and the other ....

No problems. But as soon as the computer would find a word, or an expression which meaning could not be directly understood, this means to potentially translate it in the ten, twenty or fifty languages it knows, it would stop immediately saying:

- I do not understand what you mean. Are the following neighbour expressions near your thoughts (because I could translate them).

One sees the parallel with the suggestion done by the orthographic corrector. To this difference that the computer would refuse to accept and to transmit a message, not finding in the panel of proposed phrases a fitting sentence. The computer would answer:

With this constraint, the texts would lost their literature qualities, but would gain a universal character. In a short time, if a good team of informaticians and linguists would start working, a performing enough programme could appear on the market. The Ummits computers are able to programme themselves. Waiting for the key ideas to reach such a state, probably linked to the four-valued logic that they so intensively want us to develop, we could fit this program of an enrichment structure. Some competent linguists could access this huge data bank, and feeding it with new concepts (as I feed my dictionary with new words). The capabilities of our modest work stations increase in an exponential way. The hard disk of my Mac Intosh contains 250 megabytes: the equivalent of hundred time the Bible ! The appearing of the micro-informatics has completely broken the monopoly of the huge system, fifteen years ago. Today some systems like INTERNET (30 millions users around the world) has been imposed as a wild way of communication. The FBI, worried, has tried to break this hemoragy (?) of information, without success. An American mathematician has also distributed an non-violable coding program. Furious, the people of the FBI have intended a trial for illegal distribution of his programme. But the man was not attackable (?) as he realised not profit with this operation. Then the ideas would travel freely.

Some would say: may be these large system will be an opened door to manipulation attempts ?.
Of course yes. But the human being are more numerous than those who manipulate then. The weapon of manipulation (radio, TV, newspapers, films, etc. ...) this is the monopoly which would be immediately broken. At this moment, when we are saturated of pseudo-informations, manipulated, a light of hope is there, which has a name: FREEDOM. We are free and we do not know that. Potentially the humans may communicate directly, without representants(?), political or religious. The technics already exist. The evolution is not reversible. In fact the needs of exchanging information, from one side of the planet to the other, increases exponentially. One may already, using the satellites relays, phone easily from one continent to another. The sounds, and now the pictures circulate, in the terrestrial environment.
Pictures are great consumers of communication channels. The sounds, compressed, are smaller. But the word, the texts, are like mice which can go through all that. The cost limitation is falling. The price of computers is decreasing considerably and a line as INTERNET has a throughput of five thousand characters per seconds. The equivalent of a letter of five pages. An individual system of communication, one day, will no be bigger than this phones which allow us to communicate with the satellites from any point of the globus, and which are already planned.
The linguistic interface is now missing to install, finally, a direct communication between the humans, so that they discover that they are all similar.

OAXIIBOO 6 is right: this would allow the humans to accelerate their evolutions, respecting the culture of each others. If some extraterrestrial are visiting and observing us and if these Ummits messages are really coming from one of these ethnical groups, their writings show their perplexity. We are different, brutal, primitives, may be, but if one look to their recent history, they were not better. If these beings are really present on our planet, I think that they understand us badly. This understanding, assisted by a computer, seems to direct them to monumental errors of appreciations. These Ummits would (pecher) by Ummocentrism. and analyse our brains as they would analyse theirs. They would examine us based on their own mental schemes, and perceiving us as wilds. I am convinced that numerous sides of our mental and affective life as escaping totally to them (what they agree in a letter they sent me in 1990). To understand each other better we must have a DIALOG.

If these people are extraterrestrials, they should not be worried. Our skepticism barrier is an excellent immunological protection, which still work for a long time. If my book make some thinking, it will not create a wave of panic, despite the scientific arguments it contains.
If these people are really coming from somewhere else, they should foresee a dialog with some of us, to take this risk. To my point of view, the risk would be minimal. Even though, we are not obliged to shout that over the roofs. All terrians with an important IQ are not automatically corrupted and selfish. It would not be absolutely indispensable to teat us as gold hamsters, trying to misinform us. A little simplicity would be welcome. We have a lot to learn. Not in the technological domain. There, we would suffer of an indigestion, compare to what we are able to swallow. The authors of the documents knows that, and so do we. At least those who are intelligent enough to understand it. If they are extraterrestrial expeditionaries, the best thing that these people could do is to explain to the human the reason of their existence, what is their function in the Universe, why they have to stop killing each other, because they have better to do, very simply. But one should translate the message so that we could integrate it in the different metaphysical terrestrial currents, without, destroying them, taking what is true, good, in all the terrestrial religions, even if they are globally false.

I translate actually some concepts I found in some strange documents with an unidentified origin, transforming them in terrestrial science, and that quite efficiently. This may make our science to evolve from inside. If the interstellar voyages become scientifically conceivable, even with a technology we will not have before some centuries, this will make us think. One should translate the metaphysical conceptions of the Ummits , quite interesting, in a terrestrial language and use them to make the terrestrial religion evolving, to become more humanist, instead of sending them directly to the museum. Let's not forget that they are the (charpente) of our terrestrial ethnics, even if they are not white as snow. If a contact with an extraterrestrial ethnic groups is really established, between these two extremes: the non-ingerence (?) and the (tutelle), there should be a third way that one should explore and which would be a concertation (?). We would be takers, beyond other subject, of information on our own history, in particular on the phenomenon of the appearance of life, the evolution and the humanisation. The Darwinism, another religion, is one of the locks which close our knowledge of the cosmos. We will see that in a next book. At the time when I write this book, I read a speech recently given by a government chief, in June 1994, in Boston. I have began this book by quoting the words of the famous scientist Andréi Sakharov.
This was for me an amazement to see that a state president may pronounce such so recumforting words. I will then reproduce them latterly here, as a message of hope:

Des penseurs affirment que si l'ère moderne a commencé avec la découverte de l'Amérique, elle a également pris fin en Amérique, en 1969, quand celle-ci a envoyé les premiers hommes sur la Lune. C'est de ce moment historique, dit-on, qu'on peut dater le début d'une nouvelle époque de la vie humaine. Cette hypothèse est justifiée.
Nombreux sont les signes que nous traversons une phase historique de transition, comme si nous étions en train d'assister à la mort d'une autre, comme si quelque chose était en train de tomber en morceaux, de se décomposer, de se vider de sa substance, et que des ruines de ce processus émergeait quelque chose de nouveau sans que nul n'en ait réellement conscience.
Cet état de restructuration fondamentale des valeurs a des précédents historiques; on peut y voir une analogie avec la fin du monde antique, qui a donné naissance au Moyen-âge, ainsi qu'à la Renaissance, qui a ouvert les portes de la modernité. De telles périodes de transition se distinguent par le mélange et la perméabilité toute particulière des cultures, par le caractère pluraliste ou parallèle des mondes spirituels; ce sont des systèmes qui voient s'effondrer tous les systèmes de valeurs établies.
Les hommes politiques sont préoccupés, à juste titre, par la question de savoir quelle est la clef de survie de notre civilisation mondiale, qui apparaît si clairement comme une civilisation multiculturelle; quels mécanismes globalement acceptables de coexistence pacifique il faut construire et quels principes il faut les fonder.
Ces questions ont été exceptionnellement mises en lumière par les deux évênements les plus importants de la deuxième moitié du XX° siècle, à soir, la fin de la domination coloniale et la chute du communisme. L'ordre mondial artificiellement créé au cours des décennies précédentes s'est effondré et un système nouveau et plus juste n'a pas encore émergé. Ainsi, la création d'un nouveau modèle de coexistence des différentes cultures, nations, races, et conceptions religieuses, dans le cadre d'un civilisation caractérisée par l'interconnexion, devient la tâche politique principale de cette fin de millénaire.
Paradoxalement, l'inspiration susceptible de nous faire retrouver l'inspiration perdue peut aujourd'hui être rencontrée, entre autres, dans la science. Dans une science nouvelle, disons une science post-moderne, une science qui débouche sur une pensée qui lu permet, en un certain sens, de dépasser ses propres limites. Je voudrais citer deux exemples.
Le premier, bien connu, est celui du principe dit "anthropique". Ses auteurs nous font remarquer que parmi les nombreuses possibilités d'évolution de la matière, l'univers a choisi la seule qui ait permis à la vie de naître en son sein.
Cela ne constitue pas nécessairement la preuve que le but de l'univers fut dès l'origine de pouvoir se contempler un jour à travers nos yeux. Mais si ça n'est pas le cas, quelle autre explication trouver ?
Je crois que cela nous ramène à une idée, peut-être aussi vieille que l'humanité elle-même, à savoir que nous ne sommes par le produit du hasard, du caprice microscopique d'une poussière surgie des entrailles infinies des l'espace cosmique, mais que nous sommes mystérieusement reliés à l'univers tout entier, comme un miroir où se reflète, ou se projette l'intégralité de son évolution. Tant que nous ne pouvions penser n'être qu'une espèce de misérable mousse poussée sur un objet volant, parmi d'autres qui restent vierges de toute excroissance organique, la question restait explicable pour la science classique. Mais à partir du moment où nous commençons à penser que nous sommes aussi profondément reliés à l'univers toute entier, la science arrive à l'extrême limite de ses compétences. Etant fondée sur la recherche de lois générales, elle ne sait pas quoi faire de la singularité, du particulier.
L'univers est un événement unique, un récit unique, et nous sommes, pour l'instant, son unique conclusion.
Mais les évênements et les récits uniques sont le privilège de la poésie, non de la science. En formulant le principe anthropique la science contemporaine se retrouve donc au carrefour entre théorème et narration, entre science et mythe. Mais ce faisant, paradoxalement, elle revient vers l'homme et lui rend l'intégrité perdue sous une forme neuve en lui offrant un nouvel ancrage avec l'univers.
Le deuxième exemple est celui que nous fournit la théorie de Gaïa. Cette théorie apporte la preuve que les couches organiques et inorganiques de la Terre constituent un unique système, une espèce de méta-organisme, une planète vivante - Gaïa - ainsi nommée d'après la déesse archaïque qui, en tant qu'archétytpe de la Terre-mère, est peut-être présente dans toutes les religions. Selon la théorie de Gaïa nous ferions partie d'un tout beaucoup plus vaste, et notre destin ne dépendrait pas seulement de ce que nous ferions par nous-mêmes, mais aussi de ce que nous ferions pour Gaïa en tant que totalité. Si nous la menacions, elle se débarrasserait de nous dans l'intérêt d'une valeur plus élevée, qui est la vie en tant que telle. En quoi consiste l'inspiration que peuvent nous apporter le principe anthropique et la théorie de Gaïa ? En quelque chose d'extrêmement simple : Tous deux rappellent à l'homme, en langage moderne, ce dont il a toujours eu l'intuition, ce qu'il a depuis longtemps projeté dans ses mythes oubliés et qui depuis toujours, peut-être, repose dans ses mythes sous forme d'archétypes divers. A savoir la conscience de son propre ancrage à la Terre et à l'Univers, la conscience de se trouver ici-bas non seulement pour lui-même, mais d'être partie intégrante d'une totalité plus vaste et mystérieuse à laquelle il convient de ne pas faire offense. Cette conscience oubliée est retranscrite à travers les symboles de toutes les religions, perçue de différentes façons par toutes les cultures; il s'agit d'un des fondements mêmes de la capacité qu'a l'homme de se comprendre lui-même, de comprendre la place qui lui revient dans le monde et de comprendre le monde lui-même en tant que tel.
Un philosophe de réputation fort contreversée a prononcé il y a déjà très longtemps une phrase célèbre : "Désormais, seul un dieu peut nous sauver1?". En fait, la véritable espérance de l'homme repose peut être dans l'assurance renouvelée de son ancrage terrestre et cosmique et dans la conscience et la capacité croissantes de la transcendance spécifique qui s'épanouit à travers cette assurance. Les hommes politiques peuvent nous répéter mille fois dans tous les forums internationaux que le fondement du nouvel ordre mondial doit reposer sur le respect généralisé des droits de l'homme, cela n'aura aucune effet concret tant que cet impératif ne naîtra pas du respect de l'homme envers le miracle de l'être, envers le miracle de l'Univers, envers le miracle de la nature, envers le miracle de sa propre existence.
Ne peut véritablement estimer son prochain - et donc respecter les droits - que celui qui s'incline devant l'autorité de l'ordre universel, devant celle de la création, et qui réussit à apprécier le droit d'en faire partie et de la partager avec d'autres. Il s'en suit logiquement que la voie la plus sûre pour atteindre la coexistence pacifique et la collaboration créative dans notre monde multiculturel doit avoir pour principe ce qui est le point de départ et la prémisse de toutes les cultures, et ce qui est le plus profondément inscrit au plus intime du cœur et de la raison humaine que toutes les opinions politiques, les sympathies ou les antipathies : la transcendance humaine. Transcendance comme main compréhensive tendue à un proche, à un étranger, à la communauté humaine, à tous les êtres vivants, à la nature, à l'Univers. Transcendance comme nécessité profondément et joyeusement vécue de se trouver en harmonie y compris avec ce qui n'est pas nous-mêmes, que nous ne comprenons pas, qui semble éloigné dans l'espace et dans le temps, mais avec quoi nous sommes malgré tout mystérieusement unis parce que membres d'un unique et même monde. Transcendance comme unique alternative réelle à l'extinction.

We have in this book "played the game", this mean we have talked this Ummits story as if all what emerge since twenty years was true. The reader could then say from the scientist that I am: your are credule (?) and naive. This case is, certainly, very passionning (?). Beyond that, we may ask ourselves on the whole set of the UFO phenomena, which appears regularly in news papers since 1947. In truth, facing this UFO problem, the human have three attitudes.

1) They consider that the whole phenomenon is only a false interpretation of natural phenomenons, unknown and badly identified, some hallucinations or rumours. This is the position of the huge majority of the scientists of all countries, the "official version".

2) They think that the UFO phenomenon has a certain form of reality, but that this has a transcendental nature, this means that, whatever we do, it escape to our intellect. On this plan, there is all sorts of interpretations. Many of those who call themselves "ufologist" think that the UFO phenomenon are paranormal phenomenons, this means that they directly act on the "psychism" of the human and not to his sensitive organs. Then the UFO observations would be extra-sensorial observations and non vulgar censorial perceptions.

3) The third hypothesis consist in considering the UFO phenomenon as authentic visits from humanoid beings, visiting Earth, using machines made of atoms and molecules, even if those use technics which are for the time being over ours. In this optic the UFO phenomenon would be partially intelligible and non-transcendant(?).

About the first hypothesis, on may be amazed about the attitude of the public administration of all countries in face of this phenomenon, which shows a precipitation to classify the case as fast as possible, visibly annoyed, and a certain effort to cut the public from all information. To be convinced of that, the reader will refer to the answer, addressed in 1989 by the French inner ministry to the inquirer Jean Sider, reproduced with his allowance. Very significant.

In 1977, after that we published the first scientific works letting the UFO case out of its gettho (?) and putting it in the field of science, in particular through the MHD, the French government quickly voted a law, creating an incredible black-out, affecting all notes written by the French national police. As we may read in this official letter, all result of an official inquiry concerning the observation of UFOs is immediately classified and inaccessible during sixty years. This seems to be quite excessive for a phenomenon which is only hallucination or a bad interpretation of natural phenomenons. The reader will judge by himself. The hypothesis 2 and 3 are setting an astronomical problem. After having discovered, since tens of years, that biological molecules, far from being rare, were extremely abundant in the whole galaxy20, the majority of the scientist ceased to think that life may be limited to our own planet.

Once upon ago the Italian Giordano Bruno has been burned as heretic because he dared to pretend that there could be some other inhabited planet than ours. Things have seriously evolves since this time. The scientist think now, in a large majority that it is quite improbable that the Earth is the only (porteur) of life in our galaxy, and a fortiori in the innumerous galaxies constituting our observable Universe. On this point let's make a remark. We have actually no incontestable proof that there are other planets orbiting around stars as our, our star-sun. But some computer simulations have reconstituted, more or less, the condensation of the dust cloud around stars, which shows that it tends to constitute planets. The analysis shows that small planets constituted of dense materials tend to form at proximity of the star, when others more massive, concentrating more light materials as hydrogen or helium, as constituted at the periphery of the planetary system. Supposing that the presence of water in a liquid state is an indispensable element to the appearing of life, it is then highly probable that a large number of planets fulfil these conditions, this means that they are not too far(the water would ice as on Mars) or not to near (the water would be steam as on Venus). The development of life, as we imagine it, needs a certain time, not thousands of years as mentioned in the Bible, but billions of years. This excludes then too heavy stars, which have a too short lifetime, and ending their lives in supernovae ( their functions is then different: they synthesise the atoms needed for the appearing of life). Some double stellar systems, where the two stars are are evolving to a quite short distance from each other, must also be eliminated, as the planetary orbits would be too unstable. Based on these considerations, the astronomers have tried to evaluate the number of stars, quite similar to our sun, susceptible to create in their environment the conditions for the emergence of an organised life, even intelligent. A consensus seems to be reached, fixing this number to one millions for our own galaxy, and we will notice that this number is identical to the one proposed in the Ummits texts. Knowing the dimensions of our galaxy, this allows to situate the minimum distance of the next planetary system carrying life. But then a problem arises. The life would develop around stars aged of more than five billions of years. If life is unavoidable on one of these viable planets, some important (ecarts) could appear in the evolution process. At his scale, on ten or event hundred millions of years would be very frequent (ecarts). If nothing regulates the appearing of life, the probability of finding at some ten light-years from earth a planet with the same evolution state will an (ecart) of only hundred or thousand years would be extremely weak. But the Ummits say that their techno-science would be in advance of only four hundred years from our ! This would be then a extraordinary coincidence or synchronism. But, moreover, these texts evoke the presence, in the neighbourhood of Earth, let's say at a distance less than three hundred light years, of several planetary system, in the same evolution state than our. The probability calculation, always supposing that nothing imposes a synchronism in the different planetary evolutions, then gives a value will is near zero.
This constatation(?), which is based on our present scientific hypothesis, is according to the position of those who call themselves "ufologist". Consciously or not, they integrate this aspect of the UFO phenomenon giving it directly a transcendental character, and they say then:

- How can you expect to understand anything to the manifestation of beings which could have, compared to us, an advance of millions or even tens of millions years

These people uses this hypothesis to explain the disconcerting character of the UFO phenomenon. However, paradoxally (?), the scientific work I have published since twenty years, bring some explanation elements to certain aspects of the phenomenon, as the intra-atmospheric flight without shock-wave.
The UMMO case is coming in the hypothesis 3. It suggest an amazing techno-scientific proximity, in time. What can we conclude ? The French astronomer Pierre Guerin thinks that the UFO phenomenon corresponds to the visit on entities, very advanced compared to us, and all what we will see would only be (leurres): the machines, their passengers, what they said during third type encounters. Why not ? In this optic, the whole UMMO case would only be a subtile (montage), corresponding to a manipulation, even a sociological experiment, or any action which could let our mankind evolving. But could we grant for true all information which are proposed in the texts and which constitute an impressively coherent set. This would imply that the evolution of live is controlled on the viable planets, so that such a synchronism could be. Is that thinkable ? We cannot answer to this question, in the present state of our knowledge, just because we do not know what is this phenomenon called "life". We ignore how it appears and how it evolves (and a fortiori its function in the Universe !). On this plan we have only fragment of knowledge. On the other side, the evolution model based on the Darwinism (guided by the "hazard god") is, we know that very criticable(?). The Ummit text titled " the bio genetic base of the Universe" bring some new lights on the life phenomenon. But all that will be treated in a next book. Some complex phenomena are evoked, where the key-steps of life would be regulated from the depth of the cosmos. About the apparition of life on Earth, two schools are now fighting. The first concentrates on purely local phenomena, located exclusively on Earth. The second, which (prone) the "panspermie(?)", suggests that the primordial elements of living beings could have been synthetized(?) in the interstellar space, rich, as we know, in very complex molecules. These biological synthesis would not be done in the water environment, but with the hazard of encountering of atoms and molecules. These is may be a whole interstellar biochemistry that we totally ignore. One know n the other hand that some biochemical reactions could be done at extremely low temperature, with the "tunnel-effect" (a typically quantic(?) phenomenon). On Earth we are used to think that by freezing a set of biomolecules we freeze totally the biochemical reactions. That is what we use daily in our fridges. We estimate for instance that when one system is frozen to minus forty degrees centigrade, practically nothing happens anymore. This is the reason why the flesh of a Mammoth, conserved in the Siberian ice, could have been consumed, thirty thousands years after by Eskimos ogs(?), as if the animal has been dead for few hours only.
But experiments shows that some biochemical systems "work" at extremely low temperature, around some degrees over the absolute zero. If one supposes, for instance, that a key-element in the synthesis of a living-being could be created in the "vacuum", at a temperature under 7°K, this would block the emergence of life, on all the planets of the Universe, till the temperature of the cosmic oven would decrease under this temperature limit. Even if these planets are viable, whatever their age, life would then patiently wait that these conditions are fulfilled so that the first primitive living beings could appear. This type of inhibition of a natural phenomenon by the "primordial light-rays" also comes, by the wait in the burning of start. The theory predict that no star could have been formed till the Universe has reached the age of 500 to 799 thousand years. Before, the matter is strongly coupled to the "primitive ligth-rays", and that would avoid all matter condensation by gravitational instability. A good model consist to compare the primitive mater to a carpet of small lead-balls of a foam mattress. This system is a priori unstable. If somewhere, the lead-ball a gathering, the elasticity of the foam does so that, locally overweighted, it would curves, accelerating the processes of "accretion".
The lead-ball represent the matter and the mattress would be the cosmic substrate, this means the "vacuum" full of "cosmological photons". When the Universe is at a temperature over three millions degrees, the environment is ionised. The electrons are free, not lined to the atoms. Thought the theory predicts that free electrons interact more strongly with the cosmic light-rays than the electrons linked to the kernels. Take back our model, we would say that the lead-balls are then sticked (?) on the foam mattress.

When the age of the Universe reaches five to seven thousand years, the temperature falls under 3000°. The cosmic environment is no more ionised. The electrons are beginning to orbitate (?) around the kernels, There is a decoupling between the matter and the cosmic light-rays. Some cluster of matter may appear. The calculus indicates that then the mass of these clusters should be equivalent to those of hundred thousand solar masse (the mass of some five hundred globular cluster that we find in our galaxy). Can we say that the stars may appear then in one of these clusters, through a new effect of fragmentation ? Yes and no. When these smaller clusters are constituted (the proto-stars) the temperature in there is increasing because of the compression. The environment is ionised again: this matter sticks again to the mattress. An efficient condensation could come only when the mattress will be elastic enough, by cooling down. The calculus indicates then that the starting of these proto-stars could arise only when the age of the Universe will be four to five billions of years.
This theory, credible, based on our knowledge in terms of cosmology, suggest an inhibition of the stellar processes by the cosmological light-rays. A large proportion of astrophysicists agrees. By analogy, we may suppose that the phenomena of the whole cosmos could inhibit the apparition of life, and, eventually, introduce a regulation of the different evolution stages. Then the synchronism of the planetary bio-evolutions is not, a priori, an absurd hypothesis. If there is a short distance from Earth some civilisation which are in a comparable evolution state than the Earth, this could be a general law, turning the back to the transcendental vision.

Cette lettre mentionne le célèbre "théorème de Fermat". En 1630 ce mathématicien Français prétendit avoir trouvé la démonstration du théorème suivant :

Mais, bizarrement, ça ne marche pas pour n > 3. Et on ne sait pas le démontrer, du moins pour n quelconque. Les plus grands mathématiciens du monde se cassèrent les dents pendant des siècles sur cet agaçante conjecture, surnommée "le dernier théorème". Bien évidemment, celui qui trouverait la démonstration deviendrait immadiatement célèbre dans le monde entier et entrerait dans le Panthéon des mathématiques. Le choix Ummite est donc judicieux.
Mais en 1993, après réception de cette lettre, le mathématicien Anglais Wiles prétendit avoir trouvé cette fameuse démonstration, qui lui aurait valu séance tenante la "médaille Fields", équivalent du prix Nobel en mathématiques23. On procéderait à une lente reconversion de l'infrastructure industrielle dans l'optique d'une socialisation du réseau social terrestre. Ce modèle ferait l'objet d'une convention passée avec les spécialistes de la Terre avec notre assistance. La socialisation du parc international des moyens de production s'effectuerait par étapes. Dans une première phase les entreprises seraient converties en coopératives et gérées par les travailleurs et les éléments de celles-ci.
Dans les étapes suivantes la gestion et la coordination seraient confiées à des réseaux sociaux régionaux, dirigés par un cercle d'hommes élus démocratiquement, mais contrôlés en permanence par les citoyens. Parallèlement des progrès importants auraient été réalisés dans la construction d'un réseau de traitement de l'information, capable de s'auto-programmer37.
La troisième étape permettrait une centralisation de l'activité économique selon un modèle fiable de gestion planétaire et de distribution des revenus basée sur des paramètres économétriques, météorologiques, sociaux, de pollution de l'ambiant, etc, obtenus en temps réel, et qui permettraient de modifier quotidiennement la direction rationnelle de cette politique à un niveau planétaire.
Pendant cette phase mes frères se limiteraient à jouer des rôles de tuteurs et de conseillers. Une liberté de gestion, au plan économique et politique, serait concédée aux organismes dirigeants désignés, à des niveaux moyens ou subalternes, à la fois démocratiquement et à travers une sélection intellectuelle opérée par nous. Ces frères terrestres élus constitueraient un conseil international. Mes frères se contenteraient de signaler les erreurs les plus graves et les plus conséquentes. La collaboration entre la commission de Ummo et le gouvernement central de la Terre se limiterait à un flux d'information vers vos frères et à une assistance consultative. Cependant les forces policières seraient dirigées par Ummo est assistées par des spécialistes de notre astre froid. Nous doterions ces supplétifs Terriens de dispositifs spéciaux, capables de paralyser la fonction neurocorticale de tous les mammifères se trouvant dans un rayon d'action donné38. Cela serait une des très rares exceptions où nous apporterions nos propres techniques sur Terre. On tolérerait l'usage de cette technologie, mais ce matériel s'auto-détruirait au cas où vous chercheriez à en percer les secrets.
Nous imposerions un nouveau cadre juridique. La réhabilitation des délinquants serait fondée sur des méthodes modernes et puissantes de rééducation pyschologique, appuyées sur des règles morales fondées sur des connaissances réellement scientifiques en matière de ce que vous nommez métaphysique.
Dans la première étape notre autorité serait totale. Nous avons prévu la décroissance progressive de notre autorité, en la transférant progressivement aux organismes terrestres, au fur et à mesure que se structurerait un nouveau modèle de société civile planétaire, plus en accord avec les lois morales découlant de notre modèle métaphysique fondé sur de réelles connaissances scientifiques concernant la fonction de l'homme dans le cosmos.

Ce modèle d'intervention est évidemment hypothétique. Jamais nous ne déciderions d'interférer dans votre évolution sociale dans les conditions d'un progrès naturel. Mais nous pensons sérieusement intervenir, et nous le ferions, au cas où nous détecterions un risque imminent d'une destruction de votre réseau social par une conflagration nucléaire, par des armes à plasma ou biotechnologiques ( nous ne pensons pas qu'un conflit mettant en jeu des armes exclusivement chimiques puisse provoquer l'extinction de votre espèce ).
Nous insistons : seule la certitude que l'homme de la Terre pourrait disparaître nous fournirait l'argument moral d'une intervention. Dans ce cas nous ne nous limiterions pas à stopper le processus d'auto-destruction et nous mettrions en jeu le plan exposé plus haut.

Il est difficile d'évaluer le niveau de probabilité pour qu'une telle situation se produise. Nous avions déjà préparé, dès 1975, un plan de sauvetage définitif, bien que l'on modifie périodiquement le détail des mesures envisagées, mais non sa ligne structurelle, qui commença à prendre forme à partir du moment où Dei 98, fils de Dei 97 et Yu1, fille de Aim 368 avertirent me gouvernement général de Ummo que l'évolution turbulente de la Terre rendrait prévisible, bien que peu probable, la nécessité d'une intervention de notre part pour éviter une suicide collectif planétaire et l'élimination de toutes les espèces animales.

Des mesures pertinentes furent alors élaborées pour préparer cet éventuel sauvetage.

A cet effet nous commençâmes par par construire des refuges souterrains étanches en différents points de la Terre39, dotés de moyens d'auto-approvisionnement en oxygène, eau, énergie et produits d'alimentation. De telles installations furent conçues pour servir de refuge à nos expéditionnaires et à un contingent réduit d'hommes de la Terre, pour assurer leur survie en cas de conflagration généralisée avec des armes nucléaires, à plasma3: ou biotechniques. Ces refuges avaient été conçus pour permettre de survivre, après le déclenchement des hostilités, pendant une période de cinq cent jours, pendant lesquels l'altération de l'environnement et les risques de contamination interdiraient toute sortie à l'air libre.

Ces bases avaient une seconde fonction. Elles contenaient les équipements spécialisés que nos expéditionnaires devraient utiliser s'ils se voyaient contraints de prendre le pouvoir au niveau planétaire. Dans ce cas il avait été prévu qu'ils auraient pris le contrôle des nations suivantes :

- URSS
- Canada
- Grande Bretagne
- République populaire de Chine

Immédiatement une seconde expédition de renfort serait partie de Ummo, apportant un important matériel de coercition, afin de garantir notre contrôle sur les nations suivantes :

République fédérale d'Allemagne, Italie, Roumanie, Albanie, Espagne, France, Japon, République du Vietnàm, Corée du Nord, Angola, République sud-Africaine, Israël, Iran, Pakistan, Australie, Nouvelle-Zélande, Indonésie, Mexique, Paraguay, Chili, Union Indienne, Brésil.
Une certaine souveraineté serait laissée aux pays restants, en les contraignant sous la menace à procéder au démantèlement de leurs infrastructures militaires, tout en maintenant en place leurs polices, jusqu'à ce que leurs dirigeants soient progressivement contrôlés par nos frères.

Peu de temps après l'arrivée en France de nos premiers frères expéditionnaires et que ceux-ci se soient familiarisés avec la langue et les grandes lignes de la structure socio-culturelle des habitants de la Terre, ceux-ci prirent très au sérieux l'éventualité d'une auto-destruction massive de la vie à la surface de votre planète. Les spécialistes de physique théorique de la République Populaire de Chine n'avaient pas élaboré ne serait-ce qu'une ébauche du modèle théorique d'une arme à plasma. L'arsenal mondial des bombes à fission était réduit et limité à de rares nations. Les Etats-Unis et l'Union Soviétique ( avec une certaine avance technique pour cette première nation ) étaient en plein développement des futures armes de fission-fusion.
Quand nous pûmes avoir accès aux archives secrètes du 2° bureau Français ( service d'information ) mes frères s'aperçurent que le développement technique futur d'armes nouvelles et plus sophistiquées était déjà inéluctable et que les connaissance théoriques dans le domaine de la physique quantique, ainsi que celles concernant la génétique moléculaire déboucheraient fatalement avant quarante-cinq années terrestres ( en 1995 ) sur des moyens destructifs susceptibles d'entraîner la destruction de la biosphère terrestre, au cas où vous ne parviendriez pas à établir d'ici-là un équilibre socio-politique.
Nous élaborâmes immédiatement un premier projet embryonnaire d'intervention. Nous étions venus seulement dans le but de réaliser une étude secrète de votre humanité, ainsi que du substrat biologique et géologique qui l'encadrait et déjà vous deveniez pour nous un problème.
L'urgence n'existait pas en ces années cinquante. Une annihilation totale de l'espèce humaine était alors impossible, mais nos études prospectives montraient clairement que ce danger deviendrait un jour une réalité, ainsi que cela s'est produit depuis.
Le plan d'intervention, aujourd'hui remanié, posait un sérieux problème. Au cas où serait décidée une intervention rapide de neutralisation des organes opérationnels gouvernementaux, nous ne pourrions pas compter sur un système assurant le contact avec le réseau social Terrestre. Nous désirons préciser cet aspect délicat.
Dans l'hypothèse d'un modèle sanglant d'intervention, il n'est pas nécessaire, dans un premier stade, de créer un tel système de relation : on procède à l'élimination physique où on capture les dirigeants de l'ennemi. On neutralise son système défensif. On démantèle son système de communication. On détruit ses moyens d'approvisionnement et ses unités opérationnelles, ainsi que ses services d'information. On impose alors un nouveau center d'autorité et on domine la population par la terreur en tuant dans l'œuf toute vélléité de résistance.
Il est évident que si notre gouvernement général de Ummo adoptait une décision draconienne visant à prendre le pouvoir sur votre planète, pour son bien, notre stratégie et notre modèle serait bien éloigné de cette hypothèse violente.
Nous sommes certains qu'il ne suffirait pas de présenter notre identité et d'apporter des preuves de notre capacité coercitive devant les organismes internationaux pour que les gouvernements abandonnent leur souveraineté. C'est pourquoi nous ne perdrions pas un temps précieux dans cette voie, car ce n'aurait pour effet que d'entraîner une réaction immédiate de résistance à ce qui serait perçu comme une invasion.
Notre concept de neutralisation implique certaines méthodes d'accès au pouvoir qui éviteraient de provoquer des traumatismes graves à toute l'organisation socio-économique de votre planète, une panique collective et la paralysie du travail et des rouages administratifs.
Naturellement, nous ne pouvons pas vous révéler les bases de ce projet, dirigé vers ceux de vos frères qui sont impliqués dans les center de décision des états, qui impliquerait un contrôle à distance des structures neuronales amygdaliennes, lesquelles jouent un rôle déterminant dans les conduites agressives, et des réseaux dendritiques du cortex frontal et de l'hippocampe3;.
Tous les media seraient placés sous notre contrôle, de manière à ce que le processus de changement soit assimilé progressivement, sans ce que ceci engendre d'inquiétude. Cette prise de conscience graduelle irait jusqu'au moment seuil où les hommes les plus intelligents de votre planète avertiraient leurs frères que la souveraineté planétaire serait passée sous le contrôle d'une entité étrangère à la Terre.
A ce stade nous aurions besoin de certains d'entre vous, qui joueraient des rôles de courroies de transmission avec un double but : tranquilliser leurs frères en leur présentant une image réelle de nos buts, de notre honnêteté, de nos intentions profondes et leur faire comprendre quelles raisons puissantes nous ont amené à usurper provisoirement votre souveraineté.
Ces contactés nous aideraient par ailleurs à percevoir avec plus d'impartialité et de précision vos besoins, vos frustrations, votre niveau d'anxiété et d'angoisse et les sentiments d'injustice qui découleraient de notre action. En fonction de ces données nous pourrions ainsi corriger notre politique envers vous. Si nous n'avions pas prévu cela, toute possibilité de communication entre nos deux humanités ( l'une étant mise momentanément sous le joug ) serait nulle.
Votre angoisse collective, l'idée de vous sentir dominés par des extraterrestres inconnus, provoqueraient des attitudes sociales compulsives d'agressivité, de terreur, de suicide, d'effondrement de l'organisation et de l'activité des nations et des flux migratoires incontrôlés. Il ne servirait à rien que nous apparaissions nous-mêmes sur vos écrans de télévision en essayant de vous tranquilliser, puisque la capacité de persuasion d'être perçus comme des ennemis usurpateurs serait quasi-inexistante.
Conscients de ce fait, mes frères ont donc décidé de former des très petits groupes Terrestres, pour les préparer en fonction de cette éventualité, sous toute réserve3<. Ce projet comportait de grandes difficultés. Nous ne pouvions pas choisir des politiciens en vue puisque ces gens devaient précisément être neutralisés dès que la décision d'intervention aurait été prise. Ces hommes ne pouvaient pas non plus être des scientifiques, puisque ceux-ci auraient aussitôt exigé des preuves de notre identité, que pour des raisons majeures nous ne souhaitions pas vous apporter. Il n'aurait pas été non plus indiqué de nous adresser à des humains appartenant à milieux socio-culturels de bas niveau, puisque leurs capacités déficientes ne leur aurait pas permis de saisir la profondeur des données que nous leur aurions apportées et de les comprendre. Une personne de faible niveau intellectuel n'est pas en mesure de procéder à un examen lucide d'une situation et encore moins de l'exprimer avec objectivité. Nous avons donc opté pour des individus appartenant à des couches socio-culturelles moyennes : ingénieurs, diplômés dans des disciplines sociales et scientifiques, chefs d'entreprises de niveau moyen, prêtres et pasteurs de différentes religions, modestes agents des administrations. Nous avons surtout recherché des médecins, des sociologues, des psychologues, des journalistes et des spécialistes des techniques de communication.
Leur portrait-robot psycho-biologique résumerait ces différentes compétences, avec une intelligence élevée, un intérêt pour les questions scientifiques, une attitude ouverte et élevée vis-à-vis du contact avec des intelligences extraterrestres. Ces hommes devraient de plus être pénétrés de la nécessité d'un ordre social et du fait que celui-ci dusse être fondé sur des règles morales et scientifiques.
En agissant ainsi nous courrions le risque que nos rapports soient rejetés, parce que considérés comme l'œuvre de farceurs ou, dans l'hypothèse inverse, que ceux-ci soient diffusés au point que ceci entraîne une prise de conscience, de la part de vos frères Terrestres, de la réalité de notre présence, ce qui aurait altéré gravement l'autonomie de votre société planétaire.
Dans un premier temps nous ne savions pas vers qui nous diriger. Nous adressâmes des lettres, en France, En Grande-Bretagne et en Australie, à des avocats, des médecins, des sociologues et des docteurs en sciences physiques, trouvés simplement dans des annuaires professionnels. Nous avions élaboré des premiers textes avec le concours d'un Britannique résidant en Australie, qui avait une certaine familiarité avec les langues Française et Espagnole et qui avait accepté de taper à la machine les textes que nous lui dictions. Ces premières tentatives se révélèrent infructueuses. Lorsque nous voulûmes évaluer directement l'effet de ces premières envois en contactant les destinataires par téléphone, avec nos pauvres capacités phonétiques, ceux-ci nous raccrochèrent au nez, indignés.
Une de nos sœur, arrivée en Grande-Bretagne, parvint avec difficulté à utiliser elle-même une de vos machine à écrire. Nous pensâmes alors avoir résolu ce problème de communication et nous fîmes transformer, sur Ummo, plusieurs de vos machines à écrire, de différents modèles, de manière à ce que nous puissions les commander par décodage des modulations d'un paramètre physiologique.
En mai 1962 deux de nos frères se trouvaient dans un hôtel de Melbourne lorsqu'ils furent avertis que la police avait des soupçons sur leur identité. Ils durent quitter les lieux précipitamment en abandonnant ces machines modifiées dans une caisse de linge sale, qui se trouvait dans la laverie de l'hôtels, et purent heureusement les récupérer par la suite.
Ce incident nous amena à la conclusion qu'on ne pouvait prendre le risque de voir des éléments de notre technologie tomber entre vos mains.
Nous avons alors envisagé d'opérer à partir des bases souterraines que nous avions implantées sur votre planète, mais il s'avéra qu'il était beaucoup plus dangereux d'entrer et de sortir continuellement de celles-ci, situées dans des zones incultes ou rurales, que de nous mêler à la population de vos grandes villes. Nous nous mîmes alors en quête de collaborateurs pouvant écrire ces différentes lettres et rapports sous notre dictée. Nous les trouvâmes en Grande Bretagne, Australie, Canada, Espagne et République Fédérale d'Allemagne. Dans ce dernier pays une femme, issue d'une prestigieuse famille, et qui est aujourd'hui une de nos plus fidèles amies, accepta de se déplacer jusqu'à Berlin et de prendre le risque de passer dans la zone contrôlée par la République Démocratique Allemande.
En parallèle nous esquissâmes un contact avec différents scientifiques. Nombre d'entre eux acceptèrent d'examiner les rapports que nous leur avions fournis, concernant la topologie, la théorie des réseaux, l'astrophysique et la biologie. A quelques rares exceptions près, tous se montrèrent très sceptiques et estimèrent que ces textes devaient émaner de quelque collègue perturbé ou doté d'un subtil sens de l'humour.
A cette époque nous étions soucieux de payer auprès de vos frères la dette que nous avions contractée en prélevant des informations culturelles propres à votre planète. Mais nous voulions aussi tester, de manière très graduelle et prudente, l'impact que produirait un éventuel contact entre nos deux humanités, si celui-ci s'avérait un jour inévitable.
Au cas où vous auriez capturé un ou plusieurs de nos vos frères, éventualité qui n'est toujours pas à exclure, leur identification aurait engendré des perturbations qui restaient pour nous inévalubles. Mais derrière ces différentes préoccupations se cachait l'objectif essentiel, le plan de sauvetage déjà exposé et le souci d'évaluer les possibles réactions d'une masse humaine, soudain soumise à une tutelle de fer de la part d'une autre entité intragalactique.
Il était à craindre que les contactés se convertissent en fidèles de notre idéologie et en esclaves intellectuels de nos personnes, ce qui aurait été pour nous éthiquement inadmissible.
Nous optâmes pour une solution consistant à leur exposer nos modèles scientifiques de manière didactique, en omettant soigneusement d'y inclure des éléments exploitables débouchant sur une preuve définitive, et en détournant leurs soupçons vers des pays, des institutions ou des personnes en y incluant des éléments erronés entretenant leur doute au sujet de l'origine des documents .
Notre intention n'était pas de faire de ces humains des acolytes, ni même, au cas où le plan d'intervention aurait été déclenché, de les convertir en marionnettes gouvernementales, mais d'en faire nos agents de liaison, en vertu des informations qu'ils possédaient sur notre culture et nos intentions.
En 1966 nous étions près préoccupés par le projet nord-Américain B-45-M-899, consistant à placer en orbite des satellites emportant des charges nucléaires. Nous souhaitions obtenir des informations sur le lancer 5-00-P dont les essais étaient en cours au Cap Kennedy. A cet époque l'un de nos frères, qui avait tenté de s'approcher de nuit du polygone industriel d'une base secrète de la région, fut repéré à Merrit Island et ne dut son salut qu'en se jetant dans les eaux de la Banana river. Nous décidâmes alors de construire une base souterraine à une distance modérée du Cap Kennedy. Ce projet impliquait une exploration méthodique de la bande côtière. En mai 1966 quatre de nos nefs atterrirent au sud de l'île Grand Abaco, non loin de Marsh Harbour. Lorsqu'une de nos nefs arriva au voisinage du sol, un malheureux paysan se trouvait dans les parages et subit une grave commotion cérébrale, du fait du niveau élevé des ondes électromagnétiques de courte longueur d'onde émises par la nef3>. L'homme fut immédiatement transporté dans notre base du Canada. On dut effectuer une transplantation de tissu embryonnaire et opérer une opération chirurgicale complexe, en accédant à son aire hypopthalamique à travers ses fosses nasales. Nous dûmes également effacer, dans son hippocampe, les informations qu'il avait mémorisées et inhiber toute acquisition de nouvelles données, postérieurement au rétablissement de ses fonctions conscientes. Le 21 mai 1966 il fut déposé en un point situé à proximité du lieu où s'était produit cet incident malheureux.
Nous savions qu'à cette époque des milliers d'hommes de la Terre étaient intéressés par le phénomène ovni. Un fort plissement hyperspatial, s'étalant sur une période de temps allant de 1943 à 1978 nous avait permis de prendre contact avec d'autres civilisations intragalactiques, dont la vôtre. Les incursions d'extraterrestres furent beaucoup moins nombreuses que ce qui avait été évalué par des spécialistes de la Terre. Les nefs provenaient de différents astres froids, dotés de civilisations avancées. A l'exception de rares cas, nous ne nous connaissions pas les uns les autres et nous respections le principe consistant à ne pas interférer dans nos missions respectives. Seules trois civilisations décidèrent de laisser de manière permanente des corps expéditionnaires sur différents continents. Une quatrième ethnie extraterrestre, issue d'un astre froid situé à 96 années-lumières de la Terre vous visita plus de fois que toutes les autres réunies. Ces êtres étaient de taille réduite, possédaient une cavité crânienne relativement importante et des bras atrophiés, l'ensemble leur interdisant de pouvoir se mêler aux humains. Ceux-ci sont arrivés sur Terre en 1948 ( avant notre première expédition ) et se sont établis dans de petites bases sous-marines3?. Ils enlevèrent beaucoup d'hommes et de femmes de la Terre pour analyser leur corps sans les léser. Quand au bout de quelques années leur curiosité se trouva satisfaite, ils repartirent, mais leurs interventions furent à la base de la majorité des observations d'ovnis.
Deux autres groupes choisirent de se mêler à vous, en utilisant la similitude de leurs morphologies avec la vôtre, qui avaient des buts similaires aux nôtres, mais des stratégies différentes. Mais ceux-ci maintinrent un silence strict et ne se firent jamais connaître de vous. Leurs vaisseaux furent inévitablement détectés. Ils établirent des bases aux Etats-Unis et en Union Soviétique. L'une de ces ethnies extraterrestres, dont la planète est située à 174 années-lumière de la Terre, arriva en Angola en 1962 et se mêla à vous à partir de 1969, aux Etats-Unis, En URSS et en Union Indienne. Mais ils évitèrent tout contact avec vous40.
En règle générale aucune de ces civilisation ne vous causa de tort, respectant ainsi la loi morale universelle consistant à ne pas altérer le processus évolutif de la planète visitée.
Mais il y eut une exception. L'un de ces groupes d'expéditionnaires envoya des agents dans différents pays d'Europe et d'Asie. Deux d'entre eux arrivèrent en Espagne avant que nos frères ne s'implantent dans votre pays. Ils se connectèrent à un citadin Japonais, grâce à un appareil de contrôle cérébral puis, par son intermédiaire, avec un de vos frère nommé Fernando Sesma Manzano. Cette civilisation, très avancée dans les techniques du contrôle cérébral, trouva là une occasion d'utiliser les humains de la Terre comme cobayes pour leurs expériences neuropsychologiques. Ne respectant pas la loi universelle et avec un mépris complet de l'intégrité biologique des hommes de la Terre, ils soumirent un vaste échantillon d'individus à des manipulations mentales et étendirent ces pratiques à des citadins de République Populaire de Chine, de Thaïlande, d'Indonésie, du Japon, de l'Italie, et de la Grêce. Ces pratiques induisirent des structures pathologiques à différents degrés. En Espagne, furent affectés à différents niveaux vos frères : Franco Muela, Fernando Sesma, Victoria Iruretaguylna, Alicia Araonjo, Clemente Dominguez Gomez, Isabel Nido, Jose Gonzalez Arenas, Regina Sandras, Julio Fernando Sanchez, Eduardo Buelta, Francisco Montesinos Lopez, Maria Ascension Ciberira, Gomez Marfil et Pedro Vivancos Garcia.
Quant à nous, nous avions établi notre première base d'action dans un laboratoire souterrain si tué au center de la ville d'Albacete41. Puis nous nous gagnâmes Madrid.
A cette époque nous avions déjà établi dans divers pays des contacts de qualité. Il régnait sur Terre une certaine psychose collective au sujet des atterrissage d'ovnis, mais plus de quatre vingt pour cent des observations correspondaient à des versions falsifiées par les témoins ou à des erreurs d'interprétation. Les informations reproduites dans les différents moyens de diffusion créaient à leur tour une masse d'apocryphes de telle sorte que, dans les milieux universitaires et scientifiques humains qui s'intéressaient au sujet, l'ensemble du dossier ovni fut attribué à des individus proférant des idées délirantes.
Ce désintérêt de certaines strates des pouvoirs publics, des forces de police et de la sphère scientifique nous offrit une excellente couverture pour pouvoir nous manifester à moindre risque. Nous réalisâmes qu'il nous serait facile, au cas où mes media préteraient une attention excessive à nos rapports, de mener à bien des opérations de désinformation42. Nous exploitâmes ainsi la mauvaise réputation dont jouissait votre sœur d'Albacete, qui souffrait par ailleurs de troubles psychopathologiques et qui nous hébergea un temps.
Il existait alors des groupes de contactés dans différents pays, qui étudiaient nos rapports avec attention, mais, tout en étant presque convaincus de notre réelle identité, gardaient un silence strict.
Un de nos frères acquit une confiance si grande envers un groupe du Canada qu'il accepta de tenir une réunion avec ces hommes de la Terre. Ce groupe se composait de neuf hommes et de douze femmes. Ceux-ci, de même que les groupes d'Australie, de Grande-Bretagne, de République Fédérale d'Allemagne, du Zimbabwé... Ont été fidèles à leur engagement de garder le secret sur notre existence.
Grâce à une publication dirigée par votre frère Joaquim Valdès Sancho, nous prîmes connaissance de l'existence d'un autre de vos frères, Fernando Sesma Manzano. Un décodage du texte révèla l'existence d'une message crypté dont il était impossible que celui-ci en ait eu connaissance sans avoir été en contact avec une quelconque civilisation extraterrestre. A cette époque nous étions décidés à former un autre groupe en Espagne et nous avions déjà tenté d'autres contacts avec des résultats inégaux.
Fernando Sesma accueillit les premiers appels téléphoniques avec une certaine défiance. Nous captâmes beaucoup de données sur sa structure neuro-mentale grâce à sa phonalisation. Ainsi commencèrent en 1965 les premiers dialogues téléphoniques avec votre frère, victime par la suite des manipulations infâmes émanant d'autres êtres intragalactiques. En dépit de nos suppliques renouvelées de garder le silence quant aux rapports que nous lui remettions et qui avaient été rédigés par nos frères dans un langage qui lui soit accessible, celui-ci se consacra à répandre avec un enthousiasme viscéral leur contenu, en acceptant des entrevues avec des journalistes, qui imprimèrent immédiatement ces données concernant notre existence.
Mes frères, inquiets, suspendirent quelques temps leurs envois. Ils se mirent en contact avec un autre de vos frères, intelligent et sensé, Enrique Gran, un peintre dont ils avaient admiré les œuvres et envisagèrent de lui demander d'intervenir auprès de Sesma pour que celui-ci déclare à la presse que l'affaire Ummo n'était qu'un tissu d'inepties43. Nous pensions qu'en rencontrant physiquement Gran, cette preuve de notre existence lui ferait prendre conscience de l'urgence et de la gravité de la situation. Mais celui-ci refusa l'entrevue, soit parce qu'il crut à une plaisanterie, soit parce qu'il eut peur de tomber dans un guet-apens.
Il se révèla alors impossible d'avoir une quelconque influence sur l'esprit de Fernando Sesma. Dans des dialogues téléphoniques nous l'avertîmes sur le danger qu'il courrait en maintenant des relations avec cette personne qui se faisait appeler "Saliano". Mais ceux qui le manipulaient agirent immédiatement sur ses formations amygdaliennes, en effaçant de sa mémoire le contenu de notre conversation avec lui et en l'amenant à déchirer les lettres contenant nos avertissements.
Mes frères furent alors sur le point d'abandonner toute action en Espagne. A Albacate nous avions été à deux doigts de provoquer une grave épidémie aux conséquences incalculables pour n'avoir pas pris de précautions strictes. Par notre faute une femme innocente se trouvait l'objet de poursuites judiciaires44. A Valence un de nos frères, obligé de résider dans une pension mal famée, s'était trouvé impliqué dans une affaire policière impliquant des prostituées et faillit être identifié par les policiers. Et voici que Sesma avait entrepris d'informer "tout le pays" de notre existence. Mais nous découvrîmes avec satisfaction que ce type d'information s'amortissait très rapidement et que les membres du réseau social social avait reçu les informations dispersées avec indifférence ( A cette époque mes frères ne connaissaient pas encore les mécanismes d'intellectualisation logique qui régissaient le réseau social de la Terre ). Nos craintes de voir ces informations s'étendre au reste de la planète se révélaient vaines et cette découverte ouvrit pour nous un nouveau champ d'investigation concernant les niveaux de suggestion et de crédibilité du réseau social Terrestre. Nous comprîmes qu'il était possible de proférer des vérités en utilisant tous les canaux informatifs, puis de manipuler à volonté le degré d'acceptation de ces mêmes informations dans de larges couches de la population45. Nous réalisâmes que même dans le cas où nous aurions été capturés et aurions décidé de révéler notre identité, on ne nous aurait tout simplement pas cru !
Grâce à vos frères d'Espagne nous découvrîmes que nombre de précautions laborieuses que nous avions prises jusqu'ici étaient en fait sans objet. Mis devant le fait accompli, c'est-à-dire la diffusion d'informations concernant notre existence auprès du public Espagnol, nous décidâmes cependant de poursuivre l'expérience et de tolérer, en la contrôlant, la diffusion des lettres et rapports.
Nous savons maintenant qu'il existe un seuil pour le rayonnement de ces faits, celui-ci pouvant cependant se révéler dangereux. C'est la raison pour laquelle nous sommes restés préoccupés par le fait qu'une masse excessive de documents ait été publiée en Espagne. Nous ressentons une grande affection pour vos frères Antonio Ribera, Juan Aguirre et Enrique Lopez Guerrero et nous savons qu'ils ont usé de leur liberté de publier une partie importante de nos rapports, mais qu'ils ne comprennent pas que nous ayions été contraints d'adopter des mesures correctrices, en suspendant ou en diminuant l'envoi de données, comme nous le fîmes lorsque parut en 1967 aux éditions Espajo l'ouvrage intitulé "Ummo, un autre planète habitée". C'est pourquoi vous comprendrez que nous souhaitons vivement que la diffusion d'informations concernant notre identité s'atténue fortement. Nous ne soucions guère que filtrent dans les départements opérationnels des divers états des informations concernant notre plan de contrôle de la Terre, exposé ici de manière élémentaire, pour deux raisons :

- Ils ne nous croiront pas.
- Même s'il prenaient ce risque en compte et s'informent sur ce projet nous disposons de moyens suffisants pour juguler toute résistance.
