A complete revolution in cosmology.

At the end of this book, you may find some scientific articles, published in top level revues, dealing with cosmological theory. They are, to some extend, the justification of this book. If these works would not exists, I would not annoy you today with all these stories.
As you will see, these works are linked to the UFO phenomena. I published many others, always in serious publications, in different domains, since twenty years. Beginning with MHD, I shifted towards cosmology. I could not join all of them here as they would have taken too much place.
What is a revue with reader committees ? This is a publication which works with a system of referees. One sends a project of article, to which the editorial office gives first a non-definitive registration number, to fix the date. The editorial board has a list of referees, in all specialities or sub specialities concerned. These people are considered to be undisputable authorities in these matters. The office chooses one of these persons, to which he sends your article. Some months go by. After this delay, either the revue accepts your paper, or it rejects it, joining the justifications, based on the anonym remarks of the referee.

If these remarks seemed to deficient, you have the right too ask a second expertise, always anonym. If his verdict is also negative, you are completely rejected, and you may tempt your chance somewhere else. This the way this works.

The more the referee are severe, the more the revue is considered as serious. But some of these publications are coolerl, and the security they give is then doubtful. The record of service of a scientist which follows his career, are the publications he did, in some referee magazines.
The revues in which I have published are at the top.

I think I am the only scientist which had an open interest to the UFO case, which plays that game. No others, Hyneck, Vallée, Sturrock, in the USA, Auguste Meesen in Belgium, and some others, never have published any articles related to UFOs, in a serious revue. Sturrock and Vallée even created a revue : The Journal for Scientific Exploration, from which they are .. the referees themselves., what allows us to escape to the judgment of the scientific international community. Doing so, the work they published have no scientific value, strictly speaking, as they are cautioned by the authors themselves...

 

Dura lex sed lex.

The science laws, imposed by the the referee system, is very hard, even more when the adversary stays in anonymity. It is then very easy for him to oppose to the emergence of new or disturbing ideas. Believe me, when one published in such a way something new, the referee has not given up without fighting.
One has to discuss, lines after lines, equations after equations, reformulate the arguments, till you may win. A hard fight. But this is the only way of being credible. No Ufologist is credible, alas, if he has not accepted to go through this painful game, painful, I admit it.

This is for this reason that I am at the border of the "international ufological community". For me, Ufology is not a science, and this does not pass the level of a hobby, because of the lack of rigour. For me, the UFO case is a game which has to be played on the ground of science and not in the coat-room or in a coffee-shop. But, striking goals, in this domain is surely not easy.

I had the occasion to participate to Ufologic congress, including some in the States, where I was terribly bored. But, please understand me well : I do not despise all these "field investigators" who went fishing, years after years, on the ground where all the information were. Without them we would know NOTHING. On the other side, I am quite angry when I see pseudo-scientists or bad scientists trying to show them like experts during some boring sessions.
I am so a scientist which marks, which hammers his way with scientific publications, numerous and of quality. Paradoxally, this way carries with it on of the most crazy story you may imagine : the contact between an extraterrestrial ethnic group and men of the Earth. Usually scientist answer to these questions with shrugging or with a smile. With the UMMO affair, we go from an extreme to the other.
Not only a scientist, myself, pretends to base his works on information gathered in document of an unidentified origin, but he even imagine that these documents may have been effectively written by authentic extraterrestrians.
You may imagine this is a matter to debate. I have sometimes been the object of quite strong attack from scientists on television broadcasting or during radio discussions, but they always turned into my favour, the accused changed into prosecutor. You will understand why in what follows.
A scientist is exactly in the position of a examining magistrate which prepare a case. He is confronted to a mass of testimonies and clues. From the fact, from the manifestation of something, he must go back to the causes, build an interpretation schema. What is valuable for physics and astronomy has also to be practices for the UFO case. The method has to be identical, with the same absence of a priori.
In matter of science, the affidavit is replaced by the observation and the expertise by the experiment. I work on this second point since twenty years.

If you get through the UMMO case in specialised magazines, you will notice it has a very bad press. In these pages, in majority, people are against this affair. The reason of that is quite simple: this case is so rich that it disturbs the Ufologists themselves, which major worry is to maintain the UFO subject in the field of their competence, which is generally not very high.

 

The impact of the information communicated by the Ummits
on my theoretical cosmological researches.

Let's see what the Ummits texts have brought in terms of cosmology. In a book published in 1967 by Sesma we find numerous informations. The Universe would have a twin, which would contain the cosmological anti-matter. For information, during the Big Bang, there must have been as much matter as anti matter. But not anti matter has been observed by our radiotelescopes. It is clear that we lost the half of the Universe. Painful...

How this matter would reveal its presence, in observation, if it would be present in our Universe ? Through the annihilation particles-antiparticles. If some anti galaxy, constituted with antimatter, would meet a galaxy made of matter, this would create the most fantastic fireworks one may imagine. This would be detectable at billions of light years, producing very energetic light emission ( gamma rays ).

We perfectly know that galaxies sometimes collide. Some pictures may prove it. They would just have to touch each other to produce "sparkles". But we do not observe that. The absence of antimatter is, for a specialist in cosmology, the most disturbing question. To such point, that some just choses not to deal with this subject.

The Ummits texts of 1967 bring a solution : very early in the past, two Universe, one controlled by matter, the other by antimatter, would have separate each other and would have "lived their life", turning their back to each other.
These documents indicate that, in this twin Universe, the time direction would be inverted with ours. A situation very difficult to conceive mentally.
There is a scientist which claims for this idea, precisely in the year 1967. It the the famous academician Andréi Sakharov39. Today, his works are the only explanation for the absence of antimatter in our fold of Universe. There are no others.

In 1997, ten years later, ignoring the existence of his work, I published to articles to the Comptes Rendus de l'Académie des Sciences de Paris, which go in this direction3:. By the way, I was using an additional information found in the Ummits texts. Faced to ours, the other Universe was "enantiomorphic", this means "in mirror": what was right in our Universe became left in the twin Universe.
This idea, like others, I found it in the Ummits tests: at this time, as I discovered this word in the Spanish texts, I had to look in the dictionary !

So the Ummits texts have been related, from the beginning, to high level ideas, managed by top level scientist and not by "tricky students" as pretended by the engineer Claude Poher in the seventies.

My article of 1977 was relatively primitive, mathematically seen. I have completed it in 1994 with a more solid publication. All the cosmology is base on a so-called "field equation". Since 1916, all what scientists produce is based on the field equation invented by Einstein.

Exploiting the information found in older and newer texts (the last letter I received in 1994), and with other more precise information provided by phone by an individuals, pretending to be AXIIBOO 6 ( we call him "number 6" by analogy to James Bond movies ), I could build a new field equation published in the article of Nuovo Cimento. This new equation was immediately very productive. One precision, by the way : the twin Universe cosmological model is not at all in contradiction with the present theoretical and observational facts. It completes it, naturally, because this new fields equation contains the Einstein field equation.

When one propose a new theory, people have the right to ask immediately:

- Why is your model better than the old one ?

This model explain a lot of things which could not be cleared for the time being, quit disconcerting things. To speak about that we will use a didactical model. We will suppose that the Universe has a "front" and a "back". Take an (opaque) plate and put on both sides some magnets. These may move. The magnets on the top may "see" each other, and meat each other, even collide. Same thing for the magnets under the plate.

But this is evident that, because of the magnetic field" which crosses the plate, the two populations may interact.
It is the same for the "twin Universe". One may consider them as two parallel Universe. The word describes quite well this cosmological reality. However, it is more correct when we consider them as the to sides of an hyperplane. Staying in the two dimensions analogy, we obtain something quit understandable, show on figure 16. If one stays in a 2-d analogy, we have something quite understandable, show figure 16

The particles located on one of the faces of this Universe, interact "normally". They may collide and see each other, this means they may exchange photons. The mass attract each other according to the Newton law, proportionally to the inverse of the square of the distance. This "world" corresponds to ours, to what we observe.
It is the same for this anti-world, which is "under our Universe". The particles of this "anti-world" attract each other also according to the Newton Law. But the new field equation yields to a new phenomena : the two populations, the one on the top, and the one "under", located on the other side, in the twin-Universe, may interact gravitationally : the repel each other.

In the article of Nuovo Cimento ( integrally reproduced at the end of the book), the specialist will find the complex mathematic calculations, not understandable by a (profane), which concretes the effect of this interaction. But we have completed them, since 1992, with numerical simulations, performed on a very powerful computer.

 

Explanation of the very large structure of the Universe (VLS).

The History of the Universe is then replayed under our eyes. We start from an homogeneous situation.

The cosmological matter and anti-matter, push, repel each other, sharing the available space.Then we zoom on a region where the density of anti-matter (invisible) is 50 times higher than the corresponding matter density.

The behaviour of the two populations is this small region, indicated by the square, is then studied. The anti-matter is then gather in huge clusters (see figure 19 on the left).

The matter then gets a spongy shape. These are the results of numerical simulations.

The matter (our side) is then pushed back in the space between the cluster and gets the structure of a "swiss-cheese" which holes would be some hundred millions of light-years large. (see on the right figure). If one superposes both pictures, we obtain the figure 20:

Since twenty years, the astronomers cannot explain why the galaxies and the galaxy-clusters (schematised with the little points) are arranged into such a spongy structure.

All atempts done today to render this phenomena were not successful ( Pancakes theory from Zel'dovich ), The pancake theory of Zel'dovich and Mellot ( 1993 ), also simulated on computer, does not live a long enough time. They disappear quite quickly. On the opposite, all structures we obtain are very stable over very large periods of time, comparable to the age of the Universe. All these works have been realised by my friend Frédéric, who works abroad, on a very powerful computer. Our theory is so the only one which could explain this observational fact. By the way, the Ummits text describe precisely the cluster structure of the twin Universe, non observable optically.

 

The confinement of galaxies.

We may then zoom again on a smaller region, containing galaxies. Schematically we obtain what follows:

The galaxies are housing in holes in the antimatter distribution (invisible). This one makes pressure on the those: the galaxy is confined.
Since half a century, we wonder why galaxies, in particular ours, the milky way, has not exploded since long. As a matter of fact, their equilibrium is not guarantied as the auto-attractive force, which links the stars together in a gravitational way, could not compensate the centrifugal force which tends to spray the system ourwards.
When we count the number of stars, and sum their masses, we find that the total amount of matter is ten times too small. This is the reason why we call this effect the "missing mass effect". The astronomers suppose that the galaxy contain "dark matter", not yet detected, which would ensure the galaxy confinement and avoid them to split away.

The Ummits texts of 1967 said in a very explicit way that the galaxy structure we observe is entirely conditioned by the interaction with its twin Universe structure. My works concretize this idea, without any known precedents. As indicated in the Ummit texts, this interaction would be responsible of the very turbulent shape of irregular galaxies, which are otherwise completely not understandable.

The origin of the spiral structure of galaxies.

Let us zoom again on a single galaxy. Powerful numerical simulations allowed us to study the interaction between a rotating galaxy and its cocoon of anti matter which surrounds it. The results are quite impressive: the spiral structure appears, as the galaxy is rubbing on the anti-galaxy, which forms four clusters.

Now both sub-systems, independently:

These picture would then be the first we would have from the anti-Universe, the twin-Universe. As indicated in the Ummits texts the anti-galaxies, invisible, located in this twin Universe do not have the same structure as ours. These spiral structures are stable over fifty turns, which corresponds to the age of the Universe. According to our results the mystery of galactic structures would be today elucidated.

Gravitational lensing.

Much more amazing. Since the advent of the general relativity of Einstein, we know the phenomena of gravitational lensing. The mass bends the light rays. This was verified quite a lot of time through observations, for instance in 1920, the deviation of the lights rays refracted by Mercury, and deflected by the Sun.
The galaxies and the galaxy-clusters also deflect the light rays. This has been observed and leads to the so-called gravitational mirages. However, believing the observed effects, the galaxies should be ten times heavier and the clusters hundred times. The scientists use these observations to affirm that the cosmos contains dark matter, responsible of such effects. The twin-theory leads to a different interpretation. The lights rays are not only bent by the galaxy but mostly by the anti-matter lying around it. On figure 25, we have represented schematically a galaxy (or a galaxies cluster) surrounded with the anti ( invisible ) matter of the twin Universe . The twini-matter is mostly responsible for the curvature of the light rays, as indicated in the article of Astrophysics and Space Science.

A cosmological model where the speed of light varies in time.

To be complete, a cosmological model (based on a field equation) must describe the cosmos evolution. Here again, a big surprise awaits us. This one is not evolving with a constant light speed. It would decrease long the time.
At this state, the informed readers could say "what!, the Special Relativity shows that the light speed is an absolute constant. If the light speed would vary, we could measure it in our laboratories ".

Well, ... no. All physical constants jointly vary, as evoked in three first articles published in Modern Physics Letters A in 1988-89 and in the article issued in Astrophysics and Space Science, 1995.

So what is the observational effect ? Answer : the red-shift, which is no more due to the expansion but to the variation in time of the Plank constant, combined to the constancy of the photon energy hn. During the "photon flight" over the cosmos, the Planck constant changes in time ( in fact it grows like the cosmic time t ). Then the light frequency n gets lower. Our vision of the cosmos is then overthrown. However the model gives some "observable" which fits perfectly all collected data from the telescopes and radio-telescopes. Till now, the red shift, the reddening of galaxies was attributed to the Doppler-Fizeau effect, connected to the Universe expansion. If that is no more observed, is the Universe in expansion ? This question looses its sense, as in this new cosmological model all the contents of the Universe, the galaxies, and even the particles are expand with it. By the way, this theory justifies the actual homogeneity off the Universe, on a very large scale, based on the radiative cosmic background. We no more need to appeal to the inflation theory, invented by the Russian Linde, so up to date, and so expensive in hypothesis.

This model still leads to numerous interesting aspects, that the specialists may find in the articles reproduced in the annex. We "have to change time". The time we use today is not the right one. A new time variable the cosmic entropy3<, put the origin of the Universe at infinite ! The question of the "initial singularity" disappears, as it is no more pertinent to ask what was before the "big bang".

This work on theoretical cosmology is at the top level of science and very constructed. But under which form were standing the information of the Ummits ?
Sometimes they were very precise. The texts of 1967 said that the light speed is varying along the time and that it was higher in the late past. If R is a characteristic length linked to the Universe, for instance the mean distance between two galaxies, we may take it as an evolution parameter, R increasing along the time. The Ummits gave the law linking R and c:

Rc² = constant

The product of the characteristic dimension of the Universe (we may also say its curvature) by the square of light speed is an absolute constant. As a matter of fact, this information allowed the birth of a new cosmological model presented in the joined publications. This was the key-information, and it is clear this is a very strong information, which could not have been written by hazard. All other laws like Rc = constants would have given absurdities. The authors of the texts had to know the whole solution. It leads, on the other side, to a Universe with negative curvature. The notion of positive and negative curvature are may be too complex to be developed here. This digression would bring us too far. We will just give two examples of surface, with a positive curvature, the other with a negative curvature (see figure 26).

By tracing triangle on those, with the help of an adhesive tape, and summing the angles on the tops, we obtain sums which are over 180 ° in the first case, and under 180° in the second case. If the sum is 180° (plane, cone, cylinder) the surface has a no curvature. It it said to be "Euclidian"

The Universe is an hypersurface with four dimensions, which is a quite difficult concept for a non-initiated reader. Anyhow the unique solution, coming from the field equation, corresponds to a negative curvature. This was indicated with all the possible precision in the Ummits texts of 1967:

The Universe is an hypersphere with negative curvature.

The fact that this aspect of the theory directly comes from the law Rc2 = constant, means this cannot be a fact of hazard. The author knew the solution. This is evident.

As you may see, these Ummits texts may be extremely fruitful, from a scientific point of view, and the use of the manna only begins. We have much more researches under work, we will evoke later. Those should lead, afterwards on a description where the light of speed would be fifty times higher in the twin-universe in front of ours.
We see then a way to fly from a star to another, evoked very precisely in old texts (1967) and recent ones (1993,1994, 1995). In order to travel, the vessel changes from Universe, swap in the twin-Universe. It may then fly quietly, with a speed lower that the speed of light, obeying to a new law (presented in the Ummits texts):

- We cannot fly faster than the speed of light in the Universe where we stand.

Definitivelly, the UMMO case cannot be lightly, sending it back to the sciences fiction department with a shrugging. We also not see why scientists, paid or not by the KGB, would have make such giftt to Spaniards, unable to understand them, or to exploit them to their profit.
