All prices are pr. month, if payment is accepted on an annual basis I have put an [a] there to indicate this. Setup fees are not in the matrix right now, but will be added shortly (Along with monthly data transfer rates). This matrix will be updated ca. once a month, so there might campaign prices or special offers that aren't reflected here. Also just about all IPP's have several offerings (typically beginner, intermediate and advanced) I have picked the one offering that IMHO is most attractive. (Ususally the advanced version. :-)

One might wonder why these hotells do not offer prices in dollars and creditcard payment. It's a brave new world out there, but some just don't get it.
