Proper Dress.

We are all impressed by the strict dress code laid down by the Watchtower Society. It really express all the traditional values of the American lower middle class. Even in the dense jungles in the African interior, under a blazing sun and a choking humidity, a JW can't go against this code, unless he wishes to bring upon him the Watchtower God's swift wrath and disapproval, usually in the form of some zealous Presiding Overseer or something. But mostly the Watchtower has conserned itself with how the JW's should dress going to the meetings and out in the "service". Now they seem to be stretching this into the "casual dress" area too. But seldom have I come across anything quite as hilarious as this JW, family out on a hike in the mountains. They are really dressed for the occation. Prepared to meet any of those rapid changes in the weather which are so common in the mountains. Anyone can picture how a sudden blizzard, rainfall or worse would do wonders to this family, or maybe they have just prepared for happening upon a Kingdom Hall just around some cliff. Anyway you can see for yourself:

So behold and learn all you passionate mountain hikers. Next time I meet you out there on the trail I will not tolerate that sloppy dress with trousers and mountain boots, at least not on the women, no backpacks and Gore Tex windbreakers.... and remember that little acessory, the basket with field flowers, which are so common in the moutains, a must on any mountain trip!
