FOR THE INMEDIATE ENDING OF THE IMPERIALIST AGGRESSION OF USA-NATO AGAINST FEDERAL THE REPUBLIC OF YUGOSLAVIA

The USA-NATO military aggression unleashed on March 24 against the FRY has no justification of any kind except to further their imperialist plans and interests in that region, and the interests of their arms industry, and the desire for complete domination of the world of the
part of the USA, followed by Germany.
In addition, it has been and continues to be in violation of all international laws and conventions and ignoring entirely the most minimal human conduct.
* They have unleashed aggression through force of arms outside of all legality and against a sovereign nation
* They arm using "deleted" Uranium 238, with its latent and prolonged radioactivity, on a massive scale, in missiles, bombs and projectiles. They are dropping cluster bombs, one of the most lethal and mutilating weapons there is, in areas of civilian population.

*They respect neither schools, nor hospitals, nor the water and light of the population, nor historical monuments, nor anything else.

*With their bombardments, they have provoked the exodus and the suffering of a large part of the Kosovar-Albanian people and the Serbian people.
*Every night they repeat the spectacle, which is like Dante's Inferno, of the criminal bombardments, which are doubly nocturnal since they take away the light.
This is definitively one of the major genocides in the history of humanity, and it is accompanied by cruel, cynical and hypocritical commentaries and massive media manipulation.

No human being can remain impassive and passive in the face of this unprecedented attack, which is horrendous for the heroic people of Yugoslavia and dangerous for the entire world, nor in the face of this genocide committed in the name of the supposed "international community"
and one of the "humanitarian" principles which is enshrined in law, by the powerful forces in the world, the USA-NATO, to attack any nation, at any moment, in any place.
We remark the big responsibility of the European Union in this grave aggression of the Imperialism.
Now is the time when we must raise a unanimous and global protest, outcry and mobilization to demand:

*An end to the bombings and the USA-NATO aggression against the RFY.
*The immediate and total withdrawal of the USA-NATO from the Balkans.
*The respect for the sovereignty and the territorial integrality of Yugoslavia.
*The dissolution of NATO and the withdrawal of all USA military forces to their own territory, and the dismantling of their bases throughout the world.
*That those who are responsible politically and militarily for this criminal aggression and for its extremely grave consequences in all fields be brought before an international tribunal called by all the peoples of the world who are oppressed and attacked by imperialism, meeting in the building of the United Nations , or where it would better proceed, applying the UN Charter and international agreements.
*That this tribunal draw up delegations from neutral and most antiimperialists countries in order to the principles and practice of the international solidarity to aid the process of pacification in the Balkans, in which Russia and China will necessarily figure.

*That in each delegation there be a representative of the workers' unions of each country which, obviously, will assume a very important role in all the tasks of bringing peace, international solidarity and reconstruction.
*That the aggressor powers pay the costs of the destruction in Yugoslavia and the whole of the Balkans, and compensate all the victims since the responsibility belongs entirely to them - the USA-NATO
*The end to the military aggression and the economic embargo against Iraq.

*The end to the US economic blockade against Cuba.
*And the end to the war state and the economic blockade against the Popular Democratic Republic of Korea.
The anti-imperialist organizations and the peoples of the aggressor countries bear a particular responsibility to take up this struggle for peace and against the USA-NATO aggression.

Letter joined to the MANIFESTO

Dear comrades,

After having collected all the suggestions and criticisms that have been
sent to us up, we publish now the definitive INTERNACIONALIST

MANIFESTO, for the peace and against the imperialist aggression.

We propose, as a practical method for both distribution and getting
people to join, that each party or organization on a daily basis passes
on to the international collection center the list of signatures which
have been collected, both organizations and individuals, and that at the
same time they distribute it through their own means of communication
and Internet lists and pages. From this collection center, or from
whatever is decided, it will be necessary to publish daily on the
internet the overall list of signatures. Also, we think that it will be
necessary to centralize all information on the struggles and meetings
which take place in each country with the aim of providing global
information on the movement for peace and against imperialist
aggression. There are parties and organizations, which have the capacity
to take on this task.

This is a proposal that we are making. We think that this method can
help to further the work of everyone.
