Saturn Information:
- The sixth planet from the Sun and the second largest.
- Also the second largest of the four gas gigants.
- Its rotation is qucik compared to the other gas gigants.
- The rings are 270 000 kilometers in diameter and a few hundred meters thick.
- Voyager 2 made its closest approach to Saturn on August 25 1981.
- Titan is Saturn's largest satellite. And the second largest in our solar system.
- Almost as large as Jupiter, but has only 1/3 of Jupiter's mass.
- The only planet with lower density than water.
