Volada
This town is situated right next to Aperi. You will here find several tavern's and restaurant's, among others one that's called Steak House with excellent food.
From Volada you can also start the walkingtrip up to the highest mountain on the island Kali Limni (1215 moh) Walk out of the town against Othos, right before Othos there goes a road to the right (North) Go in that road and to a plateau that is called "plateau of Lastos". From there it shall go a path up to the top of the mountain. This is a walking trip of at least 4 hours ... one way. We have not walked this trip, and if you want to do it, take a little talk with some of the locals first, and bring enough water... 8 hours in strong heat can be a tough experience.
