Agios Nicholaos (Arkassa)
This beach has won the local price as the best beach on the island the last couple of years. And there is a reason for that.
Even after
working several month's down here in 1998, we did not try this beach until
the summer of year 2000. Here
you will find big waves and nice sand to run into the sea and enjoy life.
But be aware of the understreams, and don't go out to far if the waves
are big
!
Here
is a tavern on the right side of the beach with excellent food.
Agios Nicholas is absolutely worth a visit. Big
waves, and white sand...
