Pigadia (Karpathos town)
In Pigadia there are several beaches. One small beach out in the harbor. Then you have the small beach in the middle of the town for those who like to have a little swim before breakfast.
The
mainbeach is going from the hotel Calypso beach and all the way out to
the local electristybuilidings. The beach is a mixture between small stones
and on some places really fine sand.
There are several small taverns along the beach with possibilities to
have a tasty lunch, and you can rent sunbeds and parasol's on most of
the beach. Almost on the end of the beach there is a Tavern called Green
Peace, they have excellent food, and also a freshwatershower
there.
Absolutely a place to recommend !!
