Today I have two camera houses, An old manual one (MX), and a "facetop computer" (Z-1). They have complementary features, but in a tight spot I can do with any one of them. The Z-1 advantages are e.g. autofocus, advanced metering and motorised film transport. The MX, however, won't stop working when the battery goes dead, and is easy to operate in extreme cold or in darkness.

My lenses range from 20mm to 400mm, some of them have autofocus. No zooms. My favourite is an old Pentax M-100mm f/2,8. Most of my lenses i have bought 2nd hand.
A lot of photographers have strong opinions about gear. I don't wish to press mine onto you. However, if you have questions about Pentax gear, I'll help you as far as I can. Just get in touch.
