- NETLIB or NetLib The premier site for Numerical Analysis routines.
Has the FORTRAN Lapack routines in c (clapack), c++ and many other
formats. Also has performance (benchmark) comparisons of various
machines running numerical analysis software. Lots of neat stuff here.
The http site seems to be flaky sometimes. FTP access is usually more reliable. A mirror site at netlib.att.com exists. It has regular anonymous FTP
access but mosaic FTP access doesn't work.
- Scalapack which
extends netlib is also available from netlib.
- ATT NA
home page. This is basically a mirror of netlib but it does have a
statisical software set of references as well.
- Lapack
Users Guide - References to the lapack users guide. Lapack is a set
of algorithms coded for linear numerical analysis.

analysis, most software is oriented numerically.

CUTE (Constrained and Unconstrained Testing Environment). These are
FORTRAN routines but still very useful.
