John's Flats is a unique project. We are a British-Norwegian managed venture, and we work hard to maintain the highest Scandinavian standards. Our 10 properties are all privately owned and all offer very different locations and amenities. Some are by the beach whilst others are in the town, ideally placed for shopping and restaurants. We have villas on the outskirts of town and even a floor over a gourmet restaurant! What is common to all is attention to detail and value for money. We have lots of experience in this field since 1997 and have no full-time staff or middlemen, which allow savings that we pass on through our low tariff. What we keep high are standards, and this gives you a secure base where you can relax and enjoy your holiday. All flats and villas have air-conditioning and double glazing where needed along with balconies, fans, radio, Sat TV, a full range of whiteware such as microwave ovens and washing machines - all as standard. Some properties have swimming pools. You will quickly discover that we do not subscribe to the idea that 'one size fits all' with our generous beds that can be over 2 M in length. We use double-glazing and we are well aware that a holiday can be ruined by a badly fitting mosquito net or poor kitchen ware. After cleaning we check properties thoroughly before guests arrive. Our 3, 4 and 5 star system allows you to select the price level that you want and our 'high season' rates have been kept as short as possible by being held to eight weeks only. For those wanting a little pampering we can arrange laundry, cleaning and meals to be delivered without costing too much - just tell us what you want. On 'The flats' page of this site you will find lots of details and images, sometimes with 360° panorama views. We are very proud of our reputation and have always had the aim that, from the moment you enter your property, earlier if you allow us to collect you at the airport, you will know that you are in good hands with friendly staff. |
