Amon Duul 2- a rare phenomenon in music history. Since 1968 they have been one of the leading figures in Krautrock. Now in 2007- they are still releasing albums and playing live.

The current line-up are Danny Fichelcher, Jan Kahlert, Chris Karrer, Renate Knaup- Krôtenschwanz, , Lothar Meid and John Weinzierl.

Peter Leopold died November 8th 2006.
