 | 5-pin DIN plug is used for connecting all digital equipement between rig and modem. When I get a new rig I make a connecting cable from spkr/mic sockets to a 5-pin DIN plug as described to the left. This will be connected to my TNC, BayCom modem, HAM-COMM modem, HELL interface or whichever other gadet I can fit in between the computer and my radio. |
