map Portisco area, ~half-size Housing: The Portisco flats are part of an exclusive residence located on the Costa Smeralda, at 17 km from Olbia (Port and International Airport), between Porto Rotondo and Porto Cervo (approx. 12 km).

At 6.5 km distance there is a small charming village, San Pantaleo with a Church on the main piazza, shops, restaurants , bank, drugstore, medical doctor studio.

The residence is surrounded by 90 ha of gardens and mediterranean bushes. It includes 3 km of beaches, small bays and the famous Rena Bianca beach. Pets allowed.

The Residence has a very well equipped Harbour/Port, Restaurants, Pizzeria ,Hairdresser, Bar, several shops, newspapers stand, tobacco shop, Medical Doctor studio , ATM, services and supermarket. The Residence has 24/24h security guard service.

Studio flat "Le Mimose 3/1"
Studio divided in two by a sliding door, one part is the living room with an L-shaped sofa (two beds) with a large sea view bay-window, the other part has one double bed ( or two single beds) with a window overlooking the hills,kitchenette, bathroom. Sleeps 2-4.
