CD: BigBang! BigBang is the most talented band that has shown up on the Norwegian rock scene so far in 1999. "Electric Psalmbook" is a sensational record from the young Oslo-rockers. Retro-rock is often used as a term of abuse, but BigBang, Kåre & The Cavemen give it a whole other meaning. BigBang-boss Øystein Greni throws himself over gurus like Jimi Hendrix, Free and Cream with big composition and an understanding for the music. The result is slick and cool rock n’ roll.
