Halldor Krogh
Halldor Krogh graduated from instrumental studies at Bergen Conservatory of Music in 1979. He moved to Boston, USA where he studied filmmusic composistion at Berklee College of Music(1985) and went to Los Angeles to join the "Scoring for Television and Motion Pictures" program at University of Southern California (1987).

He was a guitarist in the Norwegian rock-groups Nøkken og Veslefrikk, and his work as a freelance musician/ composer/ arranger/ producer includes scoring 45 documentaries, short-movies, music for the theatre, radio-plays, video-installations etc.

In 1992 he was employed as a music producer at the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation and has produced a number of concerts and studio productions for radio and TV. He has also been the producer/music editor for a number of films and TV-series, including "The Enigma - Knut Hamsun", "Ole Aleksander Filibom-bom-bom" in addition to CD-productions, TV-productions ("Eurosong 1996", "Oslo Philharmonics at Holmenkollen Ski-jump"). He has also done a number of productions for chamber-music, jazz, pop/rock,folk-music, country music.

The list of live-recordings for radio an TV includes Tower of Power, Little Feat, B.B.King,, The Band, Leonard Cohen, Emmylou Harris, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, John McLaughlin, Anne Grete Preus, A-HA, Hellbillies, The Young Neils and more.

In 1998 he received the 1. price at the international "Prix Italia" Radio av TV-Competition for the RadiOpera-production "Alfa & Romeo", and in 2000 the 1. Price for "Bokken Lasson - Stumbling Success" He has around 15 CD´s including the double platinium-CD: "Noen ganger er det ålreit"(" Sometimes it´s all right")(Børretzen/Myhre) together with Lars Martin Myhre.

In 1998 he was employed as an Associate Professor at Lillehammer College where he teaches filmmusic and music production.
