Honorable Chief Prosecutor,

I have written the Norwegian Premier regarding, what I Believe is a Proven Norwegian War Crime, committed by the current President of the Norwegian Red Cross, Mr Thorvald Stoltenberg, when he served as the Commanding Chief of UNPROFOR.

Details in url: http://home.c2i.net/arnt/Geneve/premier5.html

Overview in url: http://home.c2i.net/arnt/Geneve/geneve.htm

How I arrived at this in url: http://home.c2i.net/arnt/war.htm

Having learned that also Norwegian Policemen has served at the Tribunal, you may want to verify the wherabouts of the following three letters:

  1. My first open letter to Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, June 7'th 1997, url: http://home.c2i.net/arnt/Geneve/stolber2.htm

  2. ICTY's follow up letter to me (html w/ 714 kb ictysvar.jpg scan) url: http://home.c2i.net/arnt/Geneve/ictysvar.html and plain text version at http://home.c2i.net/arnt/Geneve/icty.txt of July 8'th 1997.

  1. My second open letter to Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, May 30'th 1999, url: http://home.c2i.net/arnt/Geneve/stoltenberg2.html

On that same day, I also sent this http://home.c2i.net/arnt/Geneve/Stavanger.html to the Police here in Stavanger, Norway. I have not received any reponse as required by the Norwegian Penal Law, formally referring to my formal accusation of Mr Stoltenberg. According to the newspaper Stavanger Aftenblad, Policemen from Stavanger has also served at ICTY.

The fact that Mr Stoltenberg now serves as President of the Norwegian Red Cross, while apperantly making efforts to evade the enforcement of the 4 Geneva Conventions and their Protocols Additional, undermines the Legal Credibility of these, and of the Tribunals trials of the Accused War Criminals, in my more or less humble opinion.

You may want to deal with that, if you share my opinion. If You find my opinion in error, I would like to learn how I have mis-understood the 4 Geneva Conventions and their Protocols Additional.

Sincerely, Arnt Karlsen
