Dear Mr. President,

I have written the Norwegian Premier, regarding what I Believe, is a Proven Norwegian War Crime, committed by the current President of the Norwegian Red Cross, Mr Thorvald Stoltenberg, when he served as the Commanding Chief of UNPROFOR.

The fact that Mr Stoltenberg now serves as President of the Norwegian Red Cross, while apperantly making efforts to evade the enforcement of the 4 Geneva Conventions and their Protocols Additional, undermines the Legal Credibility of the Norwegian Red Cross, and potentially also the International Red Cross, in my more or less humble opinion.

You may want to deal with that, if you share my opinion. If You find my opinion in error, I would like to learn how I have mis-understood the 4 Geneva Conventions and their Protocols Additional.
