I agree. He is damned right. The sissy's has undermined International Law and its Enforcement thru' subversive "Diplomacy".
..the Yugoslavian Embassador to Washington has been quoted as having said that the 'Nato' airstrikes are 'acts of warfare against a Souvereign Country'. I agree. He is damned right.
..the Legal Foundation of this War, starts with article 3 in all the 4 Geneva Conventions of August 12'th 1949, which Yugoslavia joined on April 21'st 1950, their Protocol Additional relating to the Protection of Victims of International and Non-International Armed Conflicts (Protocol's I & II), of June 8'th 1977, and Mr. Milosevic' policy on, ah, Ethnics.
Failure to act on his policy, is accessory to his crimes. ..the President of the United States of Forrest Gump, who pretends to be a smart ass lawyer who knows his friends from his foes, has, just like the ambushed idiot in the movie, pulled off a legal stunt in compliance with the Geneva Conventions. Saving someone elses bacon in the process, just like that ambushed idiot did in the movie, is also even the right thing to do. To top that, he has even said it is moral. The President of the United States of Forrest Gump, has got enough brains to know about one right thing to do, and, manages use that brain to do three things right! Impressive! Keep that Going On! I will love to see that man get rich trawling shrimp after he finish hauling in war criminals. ..the Serbs may, on top of all this, win this war *without!* killing anyone. Used smartly, these 4 Conventions form a powerful weapon, not only in the battlefield, but also in politics. The hiding Sissy's from the European Union has been pretty quiet about their own Schengen Treaty in relation to the 4'th Geneva Convention and its Protocol's Additional I & II.
..remembering, the EU Sissy's are whining about the Civilian Victims of this Armed Conflict, soooo, you might want to compare these two, ah, legal entities... ;-) .
