The anonymous Serb ask, most timely and straight out, in their letter in last monday(29/3-99)s VG, which was also read to public during last Saturday(27/3-99)s demonstration rally in front of Stortinget, (Norwegian Parliament)

"What has Serbs done to Norwegians to have Norwegians bombard Serbs?"

  1. Yugoslavia obliged herself on her ratification on 21 april 1950, of the Geneve Conventions of 12 august 1949, to protect Civilian Lapps, Qvæns, Taters, Pakistani, Jews, Serbs, Romani and Kosovo-Albanese against Norwegian War Crimes such as Genocide, Rapes, Pillage og Deportation, here i Norway. If Needed, such Protection shall be given by Bombarding Norwegian War Criminals, so that Civilian Lapps, Qvæns, Taters, Pakistani,  Jews, Serbs, Romani and Kosovo-Albanese can live in peace from  Norwegian War Criminals, here i Norway.
  2. You Serbs, who exactly like the Kosovo-Albanese, Croats and Bosnians, still remain bound by Yugoslavias ratification, has, in exactly the same way as the Germans before and during the Second World War, chosen to follow the example of a Criminal by committing exactly the same Crimes, that You Serbs Obliged Yourselves to stop us here in Norway, from committing against Civilian Lapps, Qvæns, Taters, Pakistani, Jews, Serbs, Romani and Kosovo-Albanese.
  3. You Serbs has denied us here in Norway, Our Obligation to protect Civilian Croat, Serbs, Romani, Bosnian and Kosovo-Albanese against Serb War Crimes such as Genocide, Rapes, Robberies og Deportation, that we here in Norway, by Royal Decree of July 6'th 1951, made Our Obligation to Protect You Serbs from Committing. If Needed, we shall give such Protection by Bombarding Serb War Criminals, so that Civilian Serbs and Kosovo-Albanese can live in peace from Serb War Criminals. If we Fail to fulfill Our Obligation, well, then, we here in Norway, commit accessory to the Genocide, Rapes and Pillage.
Exactly that is why we are at war. There is Peace between us as soon as You Prove Your Compliance to the Geneve Conventions. You will have a Cease Fire as soon as you document you can Prove Your Compliance to the Geneve Conventions.
(According to these we are technically and formally speaking, also at war with the Monte-Negroans, Voivodinas og Kosovo-albanese, because all these are still Yugoslavian Citizens and because Yugoslavia still is made up by Their Territories and Serbia...)

Should you wish to keep Kosovo Serb, I am afraid you must accept that Foreign Military Observers makes sure you Comply to the 4 Geneve Conventions, which governs How To Treat Civilians, Wounded, Prisoners Of War (POW's), Spies, Internees, Shipwrecked, War Criminals, and Refugees.

You do not even have to make Peace with UCK, if only you Comply to the 4 Geneve Conventions.
You are even legally entitled to conquer Norway, if you like to, because we are at war. Just Comply to the 4 Geneve Conventions.

Attack Military Targets Only! This means: Tanks, Armed Soldiers, Bombers, Arms Manufactory Facilities, Aircraft Carriers, et cetera.
Read, Learn, Comply to, and Use the Geneve Conventions. They Ban, Clear as Glass, any attack on Civilian Serbs, Lapps, Qvæns, Taters, Palestinians, Jews, Americans, Norwegians, Romani, Kosovo-Albanese, Muslims, Africans, Russians, Chinese, EUropeans and.....the EU's way of treating refugees in compliance with their Schengen Treaty, which juuuuust...  ;-)  ...maaaaaay be why the EU keep quiet about the 4 Geneve Conventions...

The fact that someone has committed war crimes on you in Krajina, gives you no right what so ever, to commit war crimes yourself.
If you manage to apprehend war criminals, even Norwegian war criminals, great!
Send them to Hague, or try, judge, free, jail, hang or shoot them yourself, but Comply to the 4 Geneve Conventions.
Even War Criminals are entitled to Justice and Humane Punishment according to the Geneve Conventions, even death.
