The minerals from the syenite pegmatites in the Oslo Region are available for scientific study, and I gladly donate samples for this purpose. I can also supply suites of minerals; either the same mineral from different localities within the area or accessory minerals from one locality.
I like to exchange minerals, and have special interest in minerals from alkaline localities. If I have something for you, and you think you have something to offer, please e-mail me. Exchange is done on a non-commercial basis. The minerals are usually matrix samples in sizes from 3x3 cm - 5x5 cm. This is also the sizes I prefer for my collection. If possible, I try to avoid micromounts and thumbnails, unless the sample is otherwise unavailable. Some specimens are available in a very limited quantity. I don't update the list too often, and you will maybe experience that some specimens are out of stock. Some specimens are of such rarity that I only exchange them for specimens of equivalent rarity. I prefer to send parcels by air mail, and each party pays for his own mailing cost.
This is a preliminaty list only. More minerals
will be added later. If you need more informations regarding specific minerals,
samples or localities, please e-mail me.
