Man Rak Look Thoong

In 1970 "Man Rak Look Thoong" (The Fascination of Country Love) produced and directed by Rangsri Thatsenapayak which included many memorable songs and starred Mitr and Petchara was a runaway success.

It was shown continuously for six months and earned an unprecedented 9 million baht.

"Tone" by the young new director Piak Poster was also a great success and brought back many filmgoers disenchanted by the other films of the period.
