There are guided walks on Northern Europe's largest glacier (about 20 minutes drive away and clearly visible from the house) and the Norwegian Glacier Museum in Fjærland is well worth a visit. Jarle Helgheim knows the glacier better than anyone else and runs tours on the glacier with Glacier Team.
