Bat 1. Was alive and flying most of the time. Settled on a door for a bit so I managed to snatch these pictures.
I reckon the wingspan is about the same as the length of a sheet of A4 paper but no more than that. Having listened to some recordings I've made of the bat's activity, it (I presume it's the bat in the photos) sometimes makes a high pitched "chick" sound ..... almost like a bird and when played an octave lower, it almost sounds like a "glock". Bat 2. This was found as, I presume, a young corpse.
